      Indians make a ginger-garlic paste with little salt, oil added to it. It stays in fridge for 3-4 months and has the freshness of ginger, garlic :)

    4 mint leaves
    1/2 medium avocado
    (Stevia to taste)
    2. Systemic
    1/4 cup sweet potato
    1-2 dates
    1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
    Pinch of ginger
    Collagen
    1 cup coconut milk
    3. Brain
    1 cup coconut milk
    3/4 cup frozen spinach
    3/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup beets
    1/2 tbsp Coconut oil

    Just a thought... Hemp milk is awesome! High in Omega 3 and low in carbs. Good alternative and/or to add variety vs. the usual almond/coconut milk choice.

    I like seeing the different directions you are taking your content, the diversity and broad spectrum keeps it engaging and useful! Keto is a tool and I like that you are willing to include other tools in the box. Makes it relevant to a wider audience or as in my case a woman who uses keto as a shorter term tool when needed.

    Would fresh grated ginger be better? Is the sweet potato raw & frozen or cooked & frozen?

      Julia yes fresh ginger will always be better, if you have a good blender you probably don’t even need to grate it. Just throw a chunk in and blend. Sweet potatoes can be consumed either cooked or raw, that’ll be up to your preference if you’re on a raw diet or not.

    I make one with avocado, ginger, lemon juice and 1 green apple, add 16 to 18 oz water, you can add mint also, put in blender good to go, makes 2 servings.

      Celina Penteado you can use them as a meal replacement if you’re trying to lose weight or you can use them as a beverage to your breakfast/lunch/dinner. They can be a snack also. They’ll all obviously break a fast so don’t use them as a fasting drink lol

    I've been missing my smoothie bowls that i used to eat every morning. I can imagine it'd been really good to turn these into smoothie bowls and then top them with some nuts, seeds, and chia. :) And on top of that, reducing inflammation! Mmmmmm yes please

    Awesome stuff, just going off a comment below do you think you have the time ( I know you have the ability ) to write ebook or hardback book that contains all these cool recipes that benefit folk like myself who are keto etc etc. Could be organised in chapters like cognition, inflamtion, energy etc etc I for one would def buy that. Spearmint is also a nice replacement over peppermint I think.

    Can you do a video on protein absorption rate ? I like to workout in the middle of my fast and want to know how to time different proteins around my fasting meals to make sure I have sufficient protein in my body in my system when needed

      I find the food that i bad the prior day contributes way more than what I have pre workout. I hope that helps. for absorption i think its more about the type of protein you consume.

    Okay really appreciate it thank he made this video so very much so thankful ,if you have not tried it trust me you should it changed my life I have been following him for some time and so many people ask me even as a fellow TH-camr and this is how I went from 600lbs to 280lbs and not easy with my thyroid trust me , but honestly not only did I loss weight but my blood pressure is normal and even my thyroid number is coming down by the way I'm 49 yrs old and not a lazy person I lift weights and work out but bottom line nothing was helpful ,my inflammation is at its best I can move and my legs and feet are not swollen like basketballs my gut is better plus a don't really eat but once a day dinner and let me say in the morning drinking this first thing even over my coffee and I can't believe it I will be sending him pictures of before and after if he wants to share them that is fine , thanks again I feel like my self again

    Something about citrus fruits causes me migraines. This includes coconut oil so I assume the milk and cream versions as well. What would you suggest a good substitute for those would be?

      Better Worse almond milk/butter, walnut butter, macadamia milk/butter. Maybe those could be a good substitute.
