As long as you have hair on your head, it will work for you. It may or may not increase hair growth though, (I don't just mean this for men, it's for women too). The only thing I will guarantee to men and women trying this is, it will hydrate, deeply moisturize and soften your hair. AND it might not happen in one try alone. Try it at least once a week. Give it a month or something.

I did cut my hair last year because my life just went downhill because my family was falling apart and si my grades and now im trying to glow up before going back to school in jan
I didn’t know how long I was suppose to wash the rice until I realize the discoloration in the rice. As you rub the rice, the water turns into a murky white color as the rice turns slightly gray, losing its whitening . It took me about less than five minutes to see that the water was changing and all of the rice was no longer white but gray. So basically time really doesn’t matter, it’s just when the water turns murky and the rice loses it color that matters.
@@theoneandonlyjoanna that is a brilliant idea, I was wondering about reuse/waste. What benefits did you see on your skin from the rice water? Do you wash your skin first, scrub with rice water, then rinse and dry off?

Porque esto está en la lista del GDR de Luna???
I did this process and l see the improvement in my hair and l am in the process of trying this other method and l will post it too.
Have you notice any growth?
Did u wash your hair before the rice water or after?
@@hannaapunte9385 you wash your hair after at lest 30 mins of applying it
Update?
Pls don’t use a random essential oil, since it can be very drying depending what you use.
I really enjoyed your video. I appreciate your tone ( calm, not screaming like most you-tubers )
I am excited to try this method. Thank you
Marta
I can see why they dont leave the rice in the water. The rice will rot.
You put in fridge and it wont stink
@HakukaMakeup mine rice turned yellow 🤮
Rice turned mushy and water turned yellow
@@thephoenix1601 in her vid after a week it turned more yellowish and cloudy than before she ferment it for a week.
Dara Wynne P. Yeh don't leave rice in it makes it more worse
The worst of this routine for me is to actually doing it constantly
Any progress? Lol
@@jayjacobo5430 lol so far I only done it once and the smell nearly killed me in the shower lmao
it was getting on my face n mouth.
However it did make my hair softer n shinier
Tiki80 nice I just started mine yesterday and just want to ask others about their progress :) maybe try putting it in a spray bottle and let it sit and dry then wash it out? Lol
@@jayjacobo5430 yeah well it would take longer to spray entire hair n scalp.. I have long hair and it will take lots of pressing to wet the entire hair
Tiki80 oh dang :/ yea mine is thin so it soaked fast. Welp I’ll be back in a couple weeks to ask about your growth lol
Only grapefruit peel or any citrus fruit peel will work and alternate for essential oil?
i literally just fermented overnight my rice water because of your video, i really want to try this. maybe this new recipe i'll try and fermented it for like a month?? because if i used it too often i'm afraid it'll damaging my hair. i'll used this once per month. AND thank you for your videos i really enjoy and find it very helpful.
I’m a man watching this - I pray it works for me !
Good luck
Thank you for this video! I was curious to see if this really works. I tried it for the first time today and well I’ve already seen an amazing difference in my hair! It looks so shiny and so healthy!
Ok I'm gonna try this and report it after 2-3weeks......I really have thin hair .....let's c
Ok let us know in the comments here lol
what's the results?
Me too! I have my rice, oils, just need the peel. I have extremely fine hair damaged by extensions and hormones.
Good luck!

I blend my rice like for Horchata and then strain it and ferment it.
Yes!!! I saw their rice water video too!! The entire village has long and beautiful hair....

• Can I use lemon peels instead of pomelo or orange?
• castor / coconut / almond oil instead of lavender essential oil ?
• can I keep it in refrigerator for weeks ?

Did it myself... rodent cut
Yup sis
Me !
I did cut my hair last year because my life just went downhill because my family was falling apart and si my grades and now im trying to glow up before going back to school in jan
Hahha Hahahah girl. U peeked in my brain? 😂😂😂
I’m almost 70 with nice blonde hair....I’m doing this!!!!
Hey..hi.. I tried it..it comes out well..controls hair fall and repairs hair damage..thanks a lot for this useful video 🤗🤗🤗🤗
I have a question, every time you use the rice water, do you re-use the old one or do you make a new one ?
You make a new one for each use
You can re-use the old one so it would be even more fermented, which can be better or worse, depending on your hair type
Make a good amt and use how mch ever u need and the next time u can use the stored one and it'll be more fermented
Use fresh water every time.....no reuse
@@theoneandonlyjoanna that is a brilliant idea, I was wondering about reuse/waste. What benefits did you see on your skin from the rice water? Do you wash your skin first, scrub with rice water, then rinse and dry off?
Do you use the rice water again after first use? Or do u make new rice water for each hair rinse? Let us know. Thanks
Yes I’m wondering the same
Can we use orange peels instead of grape fruit
So I found this and made the recipe - but I used orange peels, 'cause I'm flat broke and couldn't buy a grapefruit! The concoction is fermenting as we speak, and I'll try it on Sunday (today is Monday). I'll try it twice a month to begin with, and we'll see how it goes :) Thank you for making this video :)
Lilan625 how did it go?
Nicola It’s still only Saturday 🙂 I’ll try it tomorrow.

Will lemon be okay too?
