    About us:
In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend's lists - but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.
After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew - and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.

Love these agriturismo hotels - they offer so much! Thanks.

You had me at agriturismo. Been looking for a place to stay that's away from the popular tourist areas and the quiet country side sounds ideal 👍

Love all your videos! Do you think a rail pass is worth the money for northern Italy? I'm looking to visit Tuscany next year, in addition to Milan, Turn, Genoa and Bologna (and maybe even Lugano!).

Excellent video. We have done 3 town wine tastings and we’re able to see beautiful towns as well. It was an organized tour. We are in Florence now until 9/29 and would love to run into you guys.

Great video! Leaving in a week for Italy and will be visiting the Tuscany area for 4 days. Question for you--can I bring and fly my drone? We are carrying on our luggage and I'm curious if we could do this. Thanks!

Hello there, thank you so much for your comment. Regarding the drone unfortunately we don't know because we don't own one, and the rules are keep chan ging.

Made a plan for April 2024 - 3 nights in Florence. Then we have a rental car to travel to Agriturismo Pieve Sprenna for a 2 week stay. We are quite accustomed to driving in foreign countries and while not experts, very comfortable. We feel in two weeks we will be able to see most all of what we are interested in in the Tuscan region from North to South and West to East. Good plan?

I recently had my honeymoon in Italy and loved Tuscany so much! We stayed in San Gimignano, Florence and near Grosseto over about a week but there’s so much more to see! Can’t wait to visit again 😊

Not using a car is really bad advice. It means giving up places, atmospheres, views, emotions, small villages. Giving such advice means not knowing the region you are describing. Very bad.

You are right but put yourself in the position of someone that has never driven in Italy, driving in the narrow country roads might be really challenging.
