Armin Meiwes (the cannibal) thought that whatever he eated would become a part of himself and thus could never leave him. And he never wanted to be left alone, thats the reason why he became a cannibal

The song is sung from the perspective of the victim. Meiwes and Brandes met on a cannibal cafe forum and Brandes agreed to be eaten. Yeah written from the perspective of the victim, who also partook in the eating. Iirc, in the videos shown during the trial and their emails etc, the victim was ordering Armin about and telling him to hurry up during the murder, whereas Armin seemed a bit more "caring" (running him a bath, forcing him to take pain killers etc etc).
