Video shows how to replace a battery on a SEIKO Kinetic Watch, process is very simple, but you need the right watch maker tools.
The battery type is 3023 24T You can use batteries made by Panasonic

@@SolimBD Also if second hand moves in 2 jumps watch needs light to boost the solar storage until 1 second movement will show watch has been returned to normal mode.I have the exact same watch in green and black,one of my favourite Seiko's in my collection.
