hi can you please make a video on how to recover from a lower back injury I have been consistently powerlifting for the last 3 years with the highest total of 610 kilos but I have had a lower back injury thrice and each time it happens the longer it takes to recover from I have done a lot of research on various exercises like mcgill big 3 and I do follow them and as far as I check my form I feel it's all fine yet I get injured Idk if it is anything to do with my hip flexor or not but I really love this sport of powerlifting and I want to start lifting again pain free
If were talking biceps, i dont care much about it. But i am religiously training triceps for my bench. Now my questions are: If i train my biceps hard, am i taking away from recovery pool of my triceps movements? Because after all its still loading all the connective tissues and elbow joints. Secondly: Lets imagine i never do bicep work outside of rowing and pullups. Am i risking muscle imbalance that could mess something up?
