This is a very simple, easy to understand, and digestible video to figure out what your daily calorie expenditure is and setting calorie goals based upon it.

I like hypertrophy series❤
Hey Brandon. This is arun from Alabama I want to meet u can I get an appointment I am cmng to Chicago next week
What . Why incline . The decline version is better. You get more pullover with the triceps press
Oooooh I like that!!! Might do that to ight
I love it
How many times a week you recommend? And reps ?
I think the first clip is a guy doing long-length partials, which studies suggests, can be better. But, they should be slow and controlled movements, not lunging them up and down.
Two different strategies, Two different results 🤷🏾♂️ I prefer slow reps and then shorties to Ensure pump
U mean sumo?
🫡
I literally just watched a person say the exact fucking opposite.
Jeff nippard ? Yeah i was thinking the same 😂
What if you’re really tall, does the technique adjust slightly?
i did it. and it's really good. I think it's same idea with deadlift wedge or slack out of the bar.
love your work man great content
hi can you please make a video on how to recover from a lower back injury I have been consistently powerlifting for the last 3 years with the highest total of 610 kilos but I have had a lower back injury thrice and each time it happens the longer it takes to recover from I have done a lot of research on various exercises like mcgill big 3 and I do follow them and as far as I check my form I feel it's all fine yet I get injured Idk if it is anything to do with my hip flexor or not but I really love this sport of powerlifting and I want to start lifting again pain free
Great
It happened to me all the time, dude. Now i'm always careful
💉
More often than I like to admit
If were talking biceps, i dont care much about it. But i am religiously training triceps for my bench. Now my questions are: If i train my biceps hard, am i taking away from recovery pool of my triceps movements? Because after all its still loading all the connective tissues and elbow joints. Secondly: Lets imagine i never do bicep work outside of rowing and pullups. Am i risking muscle imbalance that could mess something up?
Also…..Fanny packs for EDC
Use the CBT for maxes
I need more shorts🙏 i try this
Wouldn't be bleeding if he weren't juice in
Thank you Brandon for the awesome vid. Unfortunately I can’t even get into this position because I’m so tight. Is there a different movement you would recommend for someone with extremely tight hip flexors?
Superbbbcoach❤❤
Love zombie squats! My first time doing them I hit 275
Late to the party but this was a very good video. Im trying to fix my sumo and the tips here are really good. Thanks!
Great video man
Is the function of the movement different from that of a scapular pull-up?
this is money.
GOLD.
the beginning is the end.
Great video thx
Probably the easiest to understand sumo tutorial video I've come across. Super helpful.
Great video thx
Nice
The people that need sexual discipline are women they sleep around more then men and thats a factsmall portion of small actually get laid constantly other portions get it bot ao often 😂
When you see a guy doing sumo deadlift, 99% they are in powerlifting, their goals are to aim at more weight as possible.. Like low bar squats, bench press with a arch back to help hit more weight. He properly tried conventional deadlift, but the weight won't be as much as his sumo deadlift...
And nobody does conventional for muscle training
Bro is underrated as fuck ❤❤❤
This is hilarious. I haven't filmed myself yet tho
Depends on if you want to hit the quads or glutes
rly tryna get a 600 deadlift soon. i can manage to pull 585 with all honesty mediocre form. with a bit of practice and adjustments, hoping to hit 600 before end of this year
Did you get it?
i think i am too worried about form. you pull 6 plates with mediocre form and i only pull 260 and watching a lot of videos about deadlift
You know what’s funny, why does everyone say sumo is cheating/easier. If it was cheating/easier why doesn’t everyone in comp do sumo lol…
easy done ✅
Good one😂
