This is just a sample how I did my wiring. Recommended motors for 36v stock battery and 48V battery converted scooter, are from 500W up to 1000W. Brands I personally have try in different voltage and controllers on the Ninebot Max are: Apollo explorer, Kaabo for Mantis/Wolf X pro, ZeroX, Vsett 10+ inch and some other aftermarket motors.
It is a very easy conversion, simply need to know how to do it ;) I m not the first doing this conversions, there are several TH-cam videos from Russian language and Spanish language that have done it :) But if you are watching my videos! Great video and awesome information!! I have a Dualtron Spider motor 60V 1000W but it doesn't come with hall sensor wire, just the 3 fase wires. Does it can be use on my G30? Thanks in advance!
No. For ninebot controller need hall sensor

I have a question about the MR60 connectors because i got a 52v 21ah battery and a sinewave controller max current: 45a with a 1500w rear motor, are the MR60s going to take that much current if i’m pushing 40amps + continuous? just need to know before i start soldering them on to my phase wires. thanks for the videos anyways 💯
The connectors will hold ok 60v and if you are on 52 which on full charge it’s 58v. A bit under… but if you have doubts check them time to time or use 150a bullet connectors.

I have bought 3 used batteries ninebot segway 10inr19/66-9 voi nee 1009-w battery 36v, 27 a that I intended to use instead of the airboard battery for my homemade electric bike. The connection from the airboard battery must be adapted to the connection and charged with the airboard charger. But need some help. You describe things so clearly and I thought if anyone can help me then it's you with your knowledge Thanks in advance
Make sure batteries are in good conditions not too old or depleted. You can combine them for 72v set ups. Igual capacity. I would not go above. Those batteries come with the connections for the BMS and not needed unless you were going to reset it, which is not recommendable.
@@esnkaz The battery seems good 36 v with voltmeter but I can't change the battery connections to TX 60 connections (there are two inputs), I want to drive and charge the battery instead of Airboard battery with normal tx60 connections. That's why I need a wiring diagram for changing clutches, of course against payment. Thank you
Just a question what if I wanted the wheel to spin the other way by the wiring what sequence would it have to go

Hi mate I want to buy a ninebot max G30 (not the original) it is necessary change the firmware ? It's a 350 w motor 36v but not original (is cheaper) connections are the same.
Trying to change set ups would be a mistake in most cases as well is imposible.

Max speed on 48v or 60v battery ?
Speed on molicel cells 48v continues discharge 38a 36-40mph. on loads of 165lbs -180lbs. 60v 40a continues discharge 42-48mph. Depending on roads, wind and rider experience.

This motors work better with 48v and above. They still work on 36v but for short distances. If your scooter controller it’s hacked and you can set up motor specifics also ok. Very important though, you must remove regen braking and do dual motor breaking set ups otherwise those stock controllers smoke like butter with bigger motors.

Just the tire need to be 10x2.50 same as stock of fatmax or Apollo explorer scooter.
@@esnkaz Do you have suggestions for where to find 10x2.25 tires? The closest I can find is 10x2.5...

What firmware settings do you recommend at 36v and 48v?
Simply load a 48v firmware and change serial number on your stock scooter and increase speed up to 22mph with that simple hack. Totally safe. If in future which to add more voltage such as 12v to convert to 48v or add a bigger motor with that firmware already in the settings, simply plug and play ;)
@@esnkaz what would be the safe amount of amps that could be applied?
@@benhunter6811 usually don’t go above 34A to 35A. This will serve for bigger motors as well. G1/g2 cut life of them to about half or a quarter specially if you weight is over 180lbs.

does the motor fit on frame of g30?
Hey Menalix. Unfortunately no. The axle of the wolf warrior it’s longer than ninebot max. Apollo explorer 1000w will fit Perfectly on stock ninebot and so is the Kaabo Mantis motor 1000w. All bigger motors can be install with adjusted suspensions. Check out video installations on my channel for how to do that.

Only thing wish should not made any digtal buttons on segways ninebot max models and sonwould you able tru figure out with keys that be nice in future tonkeep every customer scooters safe as not worth seeing most of them getting srilen by crimnals thieves are getting getting worst and best way tontry adding alarm imobilizer kit that would help saving ya scooter without gmbeing touched by thieves hope works out for every lived ines out there ejoying there beast no matter god blessed you all safe cheers
There is great things for it. GPS that can turn on off scooter with your phone… Monorim has a part that works that way. Physical key is a retro system easy to hack and get rid off. Honestly best way to take care of your scooter it’s never to leave unattended. I use gps trackers and when leave for a few minutes unattended I use a heavy duty lock 🔐 n the disk brake plus have a hidden button which behave as interruptor so scooter can’t be turn on off without pressing it.
