Developing Black and White Film with Coffee, Vitamin C, and Washing Soda

This is my first time developing with caffenol. I used a roll of expired (expired JUL2020) Ultrafine Extreme 100 in my 1933 Rolliflex old standard camera.
Caffenol recipe I used in this video:
40g Great Value Classic Roast Instant Coffee
40g Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda
20g vitamin c (pure ascorbic acid powder)
Developed 28 minutes with agitation every 4 minutes.
Kodak indicator stop bath for about 30 seconds
Photographer’s Formulary TF-5 Archival Rapid Fixer for 3 minutes
Rinse for about 5 minutes
