I went through Air Force boot camp & we had someone that couldn't march us for shit. We were damn near change stepping on our own. I don’t know how he kept counting one on his right foot, but thankfully they swapped him out with someone who knew their left from their right.

Do they re do a hearing test in boot camp ? I failed mine in mepes then passed in a specialist dr I’m afraid to fail it again in boot camp and get kicked 😔
No when i went a few months back it was battle stations first then 3 days later it was the PFA. but they are constantly changing things so if anyones reading this in the future it may be diff
the pacer is not hard at all, youre just running back and forth. as long as you don't go all out in the first few rounds you'll be fine (pace yourself)

If your a girl they won't touch your hair, you just have to make it conform to the regulations. When the boys go and get their haircut, you can go with them and request a haircut. However the hairstylists there arent the best so I'd recommend just cutting it beforehand if thats what you want to do.
@@KiraBozell No problem! Honestly if you dont want to cut your hair, i'd definitely recommend taking time to practice putting it in a bun quickly. Most of the time in bootcamp you will be rushing so its a good skill to have! I didn't want to bother with it so thats why i cut it super short.

I don't know what your expectations were when you joined the Navy or what your recruiter told you (or didn't) about what your experience was going to be, but truly there were some delusions about what you were about to experience. First, who joins the Navy (a job on a ship on an ocean) that doesn't know how to swim?? Also, you better prepare yourself because when you get on a ship; you could be working up to 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, for up to 9 months. It's going to be a rough ride for you if believe it's going to be a cake walk after A school.
Well, hundreds of people that enlist don't have the opportunity to learn how to swim because we live in urban areas. The closest beach to me was over an hour away. Most people don't own pools or have access to them on a consistent basis. So how would we learn how to swim? Secondly, I already got my orders which is shore duty. I specifically picked my rate (cyber) because we rarely go on ships. And if I were to go on a ship, I most likely would be in a air conditioned room on a computer. I get to do cool stuff :) I did a lot of research on the Navy beforehand. So far I am having a great experience, I've graduated from the toughest school in the Navy (behind Nuke and BUDs), I have worked my ass off everyday. Never mentioned it was gonna be a cake walk in my video... not sure where you got that from. Sounds like you had a rough experience! :)
