I love the idea of making the soap equivalent of Bernie Botts every flavor beans - two of the same/similar visual designs where one smells good and the other is weird but you don't know till you smell it which one you've got!

There's definitely a market for pickle-flavored and scented stuff. I got some of the Dill Pickle lip balm from Archie McPhee, and it was fine - sweet plus dill pickle. If you get the scent right, it's kind of refreshing. (I love dill pickles - especially really garlicky ones.)
I have a bread scent! I couldn't resist, I was curious. Out of the bottle, the fragrance I have smells really good, and EXACTLY like fresh-baked bread. I haven't used it yet, but I think I'm going to make a beer soap with it, and lean into the uniqueness of the fragrance. But I also might add a bit almond to it and go more bakery than straight-up bread.

Neither doctor I used during my first two pregnancies had a clue. It can happen to any person even not pregnant , so men too. It’s just seems to be most noticeable during pregnancy.

I have to admit, I'm shocked that the worst of it was the bread scent! I figured the bacon or the pickle would be bad in the soap but I absolutely did not see the bread barf coming!

I made my first soap craft today! Been watching for a few months now and really want to try cold process soap once I've made a few decent melt and pour bars 😍 Edit: Also after having my daughter my gag reflex went from none existant to completely random, picking up after my dog is torture every day 😂

I think in order to get an accurate pickle, they'd need to combine cucumber, garlic, & vinegar scents. Paper money is actually made of linemen & cotton, not paper. It picks up nasty body odors & tends to smell faintly of vomit & sweat.
When I went to Nature's Garden a few years ago, the lady who helped me told me I was the only person she had seen who smelled every fragrance oil they offered. Money is one that I purchased.

For the money soap it would be really cool to have a nice american dollar color with a bright shinny gold and silver mica running through it, like mixing together the ideas of dollar bills and traditional money types. The piping on top of the bread soap would be super pretty as lavender or blue bonnets! That's what I usually use that piping style for on cakes I make! Or if you wanted to do a more rustic soap, like a mahogany or beer, you could reuse the wheat topping!

The money soap design was really nice. The bacon soap looks like hot cinnamon treats. I did like the little braid design on the bread soap and that'd be fun to see on another soap that doesn't make you gag. The pickle soap's greens were nice, even if they were very subtle. But yes, please, do more weird scent soaps!

I think you should make a full collection of weird smells. Maybe for your mystery soap collection. You could have people try to guess the smell just by looking at the colors and swirls you use.

That bread loaf looks like a Peacan Lattice, they're a popular UK pastry, and they have a sweet apricot jam inside and overlap and have walnut chunks in! Maybe a good bakery shop themed soap, sweet bakery apricot scent with walnut pieces and a lattice on top!

Also, I think it would be cool for the money soap if you were to make melt and pour embeds of change. That way each bar has some pennies, some dimes, maybe a nickel or two, or even a quarter.
I'm perplexed that the bread fragrance was the most nauseating of the four!? Loved the video by the way. Also you could have made a bacon and pickle sandwich with 3 of the 4 you made 🤣

I totally thought the bread one would have ended up being good. I love the smell of fresh baked bread! Maybe this particular brand just didn't do a good job at nailing the scent.

You poor girl lol! I am curious about the paper one. I used to work in a warehouse. When the printers would spin off the orders, oddly the smell was refreshing.
The money soap design was really nice. The bacon soap looks like hot cinnamon treats. I did like the little braid design on the bread soap and that'd be fun to see on another soap that doesn't make you gag. The pickle soap's greens were nice, even if they were very subtle.
But yes, please, do more weird scent soaps!

I think you should make a full collection of weird smells. Maybe for your mystery soap collection. You could have people try to guess the smell just by looking at the colors and swirls you use.

That bread loaf looks like a Peacan Lattice, they're a popular UK pastry, and they have a sweet apricot jam inside and overlap and have walnut chunks in! Maybe a good bakery shop themed soap, sweet bakery apricot scent with walnut pieces and a lattice on top!
