Those colors are beautiful! So often your soaps bring back childhood memories I can’t quite fully remember but I’m so grateful for the happy feelings that come with them, and this is one of those soaps.
I love this soap. My sister would have loved this too. She passed away in August this year. She loved bath and body works and when we visited from UK a few years ago she went wild. Since then I discovered royalty soaps and I was determined to buy some for her Xmas this year. I had to give it a miss this year as it was too hard. But I shall be purchasing in the new year if I can handle the emotions of it. Love your videos xxx
Not an era, but my favourite Christmas aesthetic is that home-y/family Christmas decorations. I love going to a house and seeing a huge mish-mash of ornaments on the tree, like homemade paper ones that kids made at school, or those weird little trinkets that people have kept since their childhood. My mom has these kinda weird looking Santa's made out of old pipe-cleaners from the 70's and as off-putting as they may look, I don't think our tree would be complete without them!
/everything/ about my mother's christmas decorations was always so 'precise'; the years would have alternating themes; Odd years were silver and blue and even years were red and gold, and /all/ decorations had to match the theme, with the exception of our the mish mash tree ornaments haha. It was funny to see my mothers prized porcelain angels sitting around on the tree, next to a hand-made 5yo's rudolph ornament.
I was about to say the same thing! My family and I have been collecting stuff for decades, and most of it doesn’t match, but all of it has memories associated with it! Ornaments from family trips, Santa statues my grandma sent us when we were kids, and just other random sentimental stuff! All our stockings have seen better days, but we’ll never replace those fuzz-ball covered, borderline ratty stockings with puppies in Santa hats on them, because we’ve used them year after year and that’s what Christmas is all about for us! Lol
I’m so so sad Bc apparently kids salt dough and cinnamon dough ornaments must have expiration dates Bc I found several of ours had definitely passed their prime this year and had to be tossed.
I’m glad you branched out so much with the colors. I’m not a big fan of what an invasive species Christmas is (as in, “oh Halloween is almost here? Get out the Christmas crap!”) so I like that you didn’t just do red and green Christmas themed everything. I really like the pinks and blues of this soap, and the bright colors of the collection in general!
My six yo said you were making her want all of the soaps in this release! She's at that dramatic stage, so she was groaning as you added the glitter and saying she just couldn't stand how beautiful it was.
My favorite christmas theme is „stuff my family accumulated“. It‘s just so nice to remember all the stories our decoration comes from. Some I made at school, some we bought on vacation, and there are even pieces from my parents‘ first christmas in the mix.
(Long time My Little Pony collector here!) Might still be on Netflix here in the US! Heck it might even be on the Hasbro TH-cam channel in full by now. I have the dvd still.
I can't really go around posting, and I feel sorry that I can't come back later and see if there are replies, but I felt the need to come and tell Katie that I really love your content, you and, your lovely family. I struggle with social phobia/panic disorder/bipolar disorder and god knows what more so I'm actually forbidden to have social accounts and go around posting stuff or reply other people, and the Royal Court has been one of my safe places, where I can come and feel cozy and happy. (This is a monitored account linked to my sibling so people can know what I do online). Katie, you always boost my energy and make me smile, and that alone is just priceless. Never stop being you and never, ever feel like you talk too much or things like that. I could literally hear you talking all day because it makes me feel like I'm your close friend and it brings me comfort. Thank you for all you do.
I have bipolar disorder, ocd, and panic disorder. I want you to know you can live independently and overcome these things. Takes work, but it's possible. You're not alone.
I know you probably won’t be able to come back & see this for a long time, if at all, but I want to reaffirm what the other commenter said: you are not alone. 💜 Merry Christmas. God bless you & your family.
Myself and my 4 yr old niece have bonded over these videos. She loves them, they are the perfect amount of glitz and glamour that make her smile. A bright loving place to erase the cold and dark times that seem to creep into our lives. It truly is a blessing to have your content and products. Many blessings to you and your family, Katie.
Oh, this color scheme is gorgeous, Katie! From the side like that, before you remove the bars from the cutter, it looks like a sunset on the side. Like when the sky goes all light blue and pink with just some tiny bits of muted yellow. Ugh it's just so beautiful!
Honestly today sucked, I was at my aunts and my cousins where fighting and it was loud and extremely overwhelming to the point I just sat outside I cried when I got home and have a banging headache but charging my phone and finding the notification you’d posted just made everything better
My favorite era of Christmas is Cabin Christmas. I'm from Alaska and my fondest memory is when I decorated mine and my late fiance's cabin for the holidays while he was down in in Colorado with his son. He came back 3 days before Christmas Day and loved the way it looked. I miss that time. He's since passed on but I just think back on that memory very, very fondly. I'll do that again one day with someone special. Merry Christmas Royalty Soaps!!!
I found the Royalty Soaps channel in 2020 and I have to say that your fun and uplifting videos have been a real bright spot throughout this time. I learned to make soap watching you and now I have practical, homemade items to give people this holiday season. Thank-you for teaching us and for your warm and upbeat presence on TH-cam. All the best to you and yours during this holiday season!
I love "rustic" Christmas, I think that's my favorite. Not quite cabin Christmas, but plaids, deep reds and greens, wood accents. Love it. But, I also love bright, colorful Christmas, just like this soap! It's gorgeous!
My favorite holiday decor is the blend you get from collecting them from generation to generation. We have a ceramic lighted Christmas tree my husband's grandmother made in the 70's or so, mixed with the decorations my mother in law made and collected in time 90's with all of the things I've been collecting and making over the past few years. It makes a very eclectic design, but it feels like being surrounded by old friends.
I love the Erzgebirge decorations from Eastern Germany. It is all very natural wood and warm white lights. Every kind of ornament has a history that goes back hundred of years, and you can tell the town each angel is from by the style
You deserve every ounce of success you've achieved! You're such a joy of a human and so clearly passionate about what you do. I'm endlessly inspired by you and your art!
I love Cabin Christmas as a theme the best - i always associate the winter holidays with coziness, warmth, and pure contentedness. Its such a lovely idea to imagine a late evening in a fire-warmed cabin while it snows outside. And i'm a big sucker for classic christmas music.
Not only are your soaps beautiful. You are so kind and thoughtful, and you have a beautiful soul. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful videos. 💕💕💕
I get Caribbean vibes from this soap...looking at brings me back to the islands I've visited...these are the colors these use on their buildings, clothing, etc...love it!
I just wanted to thank you for having such a great attitude and making a typically boring process look so fun. My kids and I love your videos and watch you at least once a day!
Cozy, Scandinavian, with gold accents! Love a good fairy light, light wood, cozy blankets, and some twinkle that says Christmas to me! And, of course, some hot chocolate!
Very retro colors. My fave decorations would be cabin Christmas. I love love love cozy, flannel, woodland animals, cutesy kind of things like that. ❤️🥰 Y'all have a Merry Christmas!! 🎄🧑🎄
I always liked the candy themed Christmas trees with multicolored lights, gum drop garland, candy canes hanging from the branches. I'm a sucker for tinsel too, because I love all the sparkles.
I absolutely adore those colors. I feel like cabin Christmas kind of goes with white Christmas and the two are totally my type of Christmas. I like the sound of boots on the wood cabin floor light by the crackling fire place and stick candles in the cold winter blizzardy night with mountains of cozy blankets and fuzzy, soft snow coats with a nice café mocha and some sugar cookies while it's pure white outside. That's my Christmas 🎄 🕯🤍🪵🌬❄☃️🔥🌨🍪☕🫖🧊 🥰
Saw it on your preview TikTok, then in the VIP email, and to be honest I liked the preview version (which as it turns out is very similar to the one in this video, only more so!) much better. Surrounding them with the deep red really lifts and stylizes the other, more pastel colours into something truly amazing - reminiscent of Portugese pottery. But the colours are all beautiful in and of themselves regardless, and I applaud the sense of experimentation - more please! ETA: Knowing that it's meant to be a 50's-era homage makes the colour choices more understandable! I still like my interpretation but think you achieved your goal accurately too. :)
Ok but why am I tearing up at the outro? I've only been following for about 5/6 years but watching Katie (and the rest of the team) always feels like hanging out with a friend
My favourite Christmas style is the style which was around when I was a kid in the 80's and 90's, and that was my Grandparents who put up decorations from the 50's - 70's. Gives me the cozy feeling of being surrounded by family and friends; most of whom are no longer here. So nostalgic.
Katie, my 12 year old son was in the room while I was watching this video. At the end when you talk about starting your business, my son said, "She seems like a really nice lady." 😊❤
I was once told by a visitor that my house was boring because it was all neutral. Now I know why I love it so much - there is always so much colour in my head, I need the calm tones in my home.
I've always liked the white and grey and silver Christmas. It feels more wintery to me. I never liked the traditional red and green even as a kid :) I adore this soap! It looks amazing. Blue tide is always my favorite.
Wow Katie! I love what you said about having a neutral home! It makes so much sense as a creative because we think in color at a million miles a minute so it’s no wonder I gravitate towards greys and beiges and natural materials for the home. It’d be sensory overload with color! God bless you Katie! Thanks for being there for me as I grew up!
For the question of the day i really love the vibe and aesthetics of an old fashioned and vintage danish christmas (arround the eightteen hundreds or so) the songs and the decorations are magical love it to bits
I've been following this channel since 2012 and I never get tired of your work. I love this design so much, and the color palette is making my trans heart sing! Much love
Perfect timing on your video, I was trying to express to my hubby why you've been such a joy and comfort to me since I discovered your channel early this year. Suddenly, you mentioned your 10th anniversary, and he understood part of it.
It's beautiful!!! Thank you for the videos, I always watch them before going to sleep or whenever I'm feeling blue, and they give me a peaceful feeling. Thank for the positive energy you put out in to the world 😊💙❤️
Thank you for being such a major inspiration to me! So grateful I came across your channel and you’re tips are always welcome in my soap kitchen 💚your content is so unique where I know what to expect, very similar steps, same camera angles, etc. But I CANT get enough! I always need more! You cover all the bases for me: happy, positive, smiles, encouraging, entertaining, satisfying soap making, satisfying soap cutting. I could watch all the cut footage and it still wouldn’t be enough to get my royalty soaps fix. THANK YOU!!!!! I know there are others that get so excited when they see an upload like I do. Keep being amazing Katie
I love those colors! Happy 10th anniversary to Royalty Soaps. You are such a terrific person and I’m so happy this business has been such a blessing to your family. You deserve it. Thank you for all you do for us! I’m sure there are many days when juggling a family, a business, and TH-cam are challenging but you make it all look so effortless. Thank you!
I love this this soap so much! It reminds me of the beach. The top looks like waves and the orange tones inside remind me of the sand. The pinks inside remind me of beach towels
Congratulations on 10 years!!! My decorating style is the Cabin look. i love the mountains and that is how i decorate my house so Christmas is no different. I have moose thru out my house and you will also find moose ornaments on my tree
Got my mum the lavender crystal soap from the collection, and I cannot wait!!! It’s literally a soap that screams her name through and through and I cannot wait for her to receive it!!!!
The swirls and the colors look so pretty!!! This soap kind of reminds me of those cute little cupcakes. Regarding the question of the day, I love the coziness of cabin Christmas, I hope to one day have one of those
So I found your page a few months ago and I have watched like every video. Tonight I got to order your soap for the first time and I am beyond excited. As a small business person who is really at the point of "can I make this work?" I love listening to your tips. My business may be baking, but so much of what you say applies. At the end of a long day in the kitchen or setting up for weddings I seriously look forward to sitting down, clicking that TH-cam icon and watching one of your videos. Thank you so much for creating content that is so valuable and gets all of us through some rough times as well. You are so sweet and personable that it feels like I know you. I hope you and your family have a fantastic holiday and that 2022 brings even more business (I know I am telling everyone in my life about you). I look forward to your videos and I am totally geeking out over the fact that I just bought soap from the Royalty Soaps!!!
I don't live in a place where we celebrate Christmas, so I'm not familiar with the Christmas decoration eras lol, but really, the soap looks wonderful, and I love the nostalgic descriptions from people in the comments. 💗 Stay blessed!
You have been a constant state of happiness when all else is awful. Such joy you bring when the days are long and dreary. Merry Christmas katie and the royal family!
I just made my first ever purchase from your website. Finally! Haha. Your videos have been such a joy to me, especially for the past couple of years. My kids love to watch them, too! Thank you for your beautiful handiwork and the care you put into everything you create. Can't wait to get my soaps and perfume oils!
I adore your videos and love watching them before bed, Royalty Soaps is so positive and lovely and beautiful and pretty and creative and it's a ray of sunshine in some darker days, thank you for all your hard work ❤️
I love this soap!! The colors are perfect and they just make me happy ❤ I am incredibly thankful for you and this channel. I first found your channel in 2020 right when my dear grandfather was dying in another country, that due to travel restrictions, I was not able to go be with him or go to the funeral. You brought me so much joyful distraction during that hard time and you have continued to do so. Thank you for sharing joy with us even with your own hard things. ❤
YAY! I made my 1st purchase! One for me, one for my Secret Santa who is a complete stranger to me but seems to be my clone, she loves all things handmade so I'm giving her some of my own crafts, and one of your bars!! Happy Holidays!!!
I just wanted to say thank you for continuing with these amazing videos. You being someone who I watch consistently, you have become a place for me to come to get away. I ABSOLUTELY love these soaps!
Congrats on 10 years Katie! To everyone at royalty soaps, stay safe, keep being amazing. You all put a smile on my face whenever you upload a video. Have a happy holiday Katie and merry Christmas!
I like spooky Christmas; but I also like seeing what color combos others come up with, too~ o wo! Also, I love the swirl and color in this soap, it's so niiiice! Also also, thank YOU so much for being such a ray of sunshine in the world; I've only been in here the past couple of years, but it's been super fun to watch you make your soaps, and even been great to buy some and find some fragrances I absolutely LOVE!
Katie, thank you for your videos. They have provided me comfort and stability and excitement in these trying times. I always turn to you, Safiya Nygaard, and Brad Mondo when I need some entertainment. I proudly use your soaps in my bathroom and now produce my own soaps.
My absolute favorite Christmas aesthetic is that blue & silver style Christmas that is modeled after the Russian/Eastern European Santa Claus that is dress all in blue with white fur and silver accents. I love tinsel, I love clear sparkling ornaments and silver chrome ornaments. It just feels so crisp and magical :D
Your videos are so satisfying on so many levels - the colors, the processes, your generous attitude towards other artisan soap makers, your words of encouragement to novice soap makers - you make your corner of the world beautiful with every video.
"Reign it in sister!" haha We love you and your channel, thanks for being one of the constants during the last 48 months and beyond. I've loved watching you grown and I think your creations are marvelous xo
I love this soap because it reminds me of the "outback" style of Christmas here in Australia. The pastel colours typically represent our flora & fauna and whatnot (the pinks for galahs, blue for the oceans, orange for the desert, ect). This soap is just missing a dusty olive green for gum/other tree leaves.
Which is one of my favorite themes for Christmas. My favorite would be just a messy/cosy style, like with random, mismatched, sometimes hand me down ornaments or handmade stuff that somehow all works together.
That soap was amazing! I am always impressed by your designs. At first I was wondering about the two-tone frosting.... but in the end that matched the soap so incredibly! 11/10!
I would really like to see more of your inspiration: your inspo pictures and sketches in comparison to the final soap and a reflection of whether you think you nailed it, improved it, ...
OMG!!! That is gorgeous & looks so fun and retro. My favorite theme....whatever I feel like doing that year,. Honestly I'm color theme kind of girl. Except my porch, this year it's Grinch/Suess colored fun.
I love blue Christmas! Thank you for bringing me so much joy. I had my third child this year and have been dealing with some PPD. Whenever I wake in the middle of the night, I turn on a new video because they always make me happy and inspired. I have never made soap but really want to try now and I feel like I could actually do it thanks to all of your videos.
I am all about snowmen with top hats, and I think of Christmas with multi colored lights and all different color bulbs on the tree, with all different types and sizes of ornaments like homemade, or bought cuz they were cute 💚🎅🤶☃️🎄❄❤
Maybe next year you can have a dessert-y type of soap without peppermint in the Holiday collection. I'm sensitive to minty smells and this year there are THREE bars with peppermint??? Love your channel, though!
Those colors are beautiful! So often your soaps bring back childhood memories I can’t quite fully remember but I’m so grateful for the happy feelings that come with them, and this is one of those soaps.
That makes me so happy!!
Reminds me somewhat of cotton candy ❤️
These colours look like littlest pet shop colours
I love this soap. My sister would have loved this too. She passed away in August this year. She loved bath and body works and when we visited from UK a few years ago she went wild. Since then I discovered royalty soaps and I was determined to buy some for her Xmas this year. I had to give it a miss this year as it was too hard. Love your videos xxx
So sorry for your loss!
I’m so sorry for your loss Rachel. Holidays can be tough when you’re grieving. Sending love and light your way. 💕🙏
I’m so sorry for your loss.
So sorry for your loss, dear. Love and strength all the way from Malaysia. ❤
What an incredible sister you are 👏🏼❤️ I’m sure your sissy is so happy watching Royalty Soaps with you! God bless you!
Not an era, but my favourite Christmas aesthetic is that home-y/family Christmas decorations. I love going to a house and seeing a huge mish-mash of ornaments on the tree, like homemade paper ones that kids made at school, or those weird little trinkets that people have kept since their childhood.

Sounds like my tree right now
I was about to say the same thing! My family and I have been collecting stuff for decades, and most of it doesn’t match, but all of it has memories associated with it! I’m so so sad Bc apparently kids salt dough and cinnamon dough ornaments must have expiration dates Bc I found several of ours had definitely passed their prime this year and had to be tossed.
I just decorated the tree today, and this is exactly it! I call it maximalist decorating, I want to put out as many christmas things as possible
I’m glad you branched out so much with the colors. I’m not a big fan of what an invasive species Christmas is (as in, “oh Halloween is almost here? haha that's so cute!
My favorite christmas theme is „stuff my family accumulated“. It‘s just so nice to remember all the stories our decoration comes from. Some I made at school, some we bought on vacation, and there are even pieces from my parents‘ first christmas in the mix.
These soaps remind me of a old my little pony movie called a very minty christmas! I used to watch it every year all season when I was younger 🥰🎄
(Long time My Little Pony collector here!) Might still be on Netflix here in the US! Heck it might even be on the Hasbro TH-cam channel in full by now. I have the dvd still.
I like the more natural Christmas decorations, like herbs and candles and dried orange slices... I love it, it makes me feel so ready for yuletide
Ooooh yes that’s such a cozy aesthetic 😍
I can't really go around posting, and I feel sorry that I can't come back later and see if there are replies, but I felt the need to come and tell Katie that I really love your content, you and, your lovely family.
I struggle with social phobia/panic disorder/bipolar disorder and god knows what more so I'm actually forbidden to have social accounts and go around posting stuff or reply other people, and the Royal Court has been one of my safe places, where I can come and feel cozy and happy. Aww how cute those moments must be the best ever ❤️
Me and my almost 4 yo daughter also watch soapmaking videos before sleep :')
This is so spot on for that 1950's look! My mom's childhood home was painted in at least two of those colors. 😄
Oh, this color scheme is gorgeous, Katie! From the side like that, before you remove the bars from the cutter, it looks like a sunset on the side. Like when the sky goes all light blue and pink with just some tiny bits of muted yellow. Ugh it's just so beautiful!
The way the colors blend on the side looks like a sunrise, it's so pretty ! It's a very nice color combination =D
My mom used to hang colorful foiled garlands from the ceiling and I remember it fondly, takes me back to being a kid again.
Honestly today sucked, I was at my aunts and my cousins where fighting and it was loud and extremely overwhelming to the point I just sat outside I cried when I got home and have a banging headache but charging my phone and finding the notification you’d posted just made everything better

I love simple Christmas. I have a deep dark green tree without lights. All the ornaments and the Garland are handmade and white. Simple and elegant.
I just wanted to thank you for having such a great attitude and making a typically boring process look so fun. My kids and I love your videos and watch you at least once a day!

I'm from South Africa so Christmas is in the summer - so bright and colourful Christmases always make me happy
This channel has brought me a lot of comfort! Watch your videos most days! Thank you for your commitment to this channel and your fans
My favorite Christmas theme is blue and silver. I love dark blue ornaments with silver tinsel.
Ooooh!
My favourite Krismis is the traditional fake plastic tree by the beach - coz we have a summer season - tacky but festive and filled with love
I was once told by a visitor that my house was boring because it was all neutral. Now I know why I love it so much - there is always so much colour in my head, I need the calm tones in my home.
I've always liked the white and grey and silver Christmas. It feels more wintery to me. I never liked the traditional red and green even as a kid :)
I adore this soap! It looks amazing. Blue tide is always my favorite.
Omg you just put into words what I have never been able to explain to F&F why I like my environment in neutrals!! cream, ivory and beige 😍
Congrats Katie! That’s amazing🥲 (I’ll cry for you) Your hard work and Passion have paid off. Thanks for sharing your journey. We love you!
Flirt and blue tide are by far my favorite colors that you use. They are just so beautiful 😍. Your soaps always look so amazing!!

Thank for the positive energy you put out in to the world 😊💙❤️
Country Christmas is my favorite look. Little House and Waltons are favorite decor
I like a very classic Christmas red and green with white lights and gold accents and eclectic decorations. 😊🎄
This soap is so beautiful, I love it so much! My favorite kind of Christmas is Whoville Christmas, like from the 2000 Grinch movie
I love this soap, the colours are stunning. I would love to see an Aussie Summer Christmas soap, seeing as it's stinking hot out here over summer.
I think these colors would make a great summer soap, like beachy theme. I wish I would smell...I would be buying so many of your soaps.
Blue, silver/mirror and clear glass icicles is my fave look.
Got to say Katie that without YOU 2021 would have been way WORSE, so thank you for always being so inspiring and endlessly cheerful
Love everything about this soap. So beautiful. Those colors and swirls are gorgeous.
You made me Geary eyed. I’ve seen you evolve through the years. I’m so glad there’s people like you who inspire us. Happy 10th Bday
I’m usually one for super bright colours, but this by far is my absolute favourite soap of yours to date! I totally get the ‘50’s vibes!
My favorite holiday decor is the blk/wht gingham with red and green pops of color.
My perfect Christmas aesthetic is lots of fir and pinecones, with white and gold decorations. You nailed this soap BTW- stunning 💙🤍💕🧡💙
Thank you!!
Katie, thank you for your videos. They have provided me comfort and stability and excitement in these trying times. I always turn to you, Safiya Nygaard, and Brad Mondo when I need some entertainment. I proudly use your soaps in my bathroom and now produce my own soaps.
The colours match your sleeve 😁 and is beautiful as always. Thanks for the soaping tips!
I love a silver and light blue color scheme.
I love the blue, white, silver Yuletide!
What a beautiful soap! The colours are so joyful!
Hooray!!
I think this is possibly my favorite soap you’ve made
Such a cute, precious, pastel take on a Christmas soap! The glittery pastel “tree” frosting is perfection.
You are so lovely and cheery. I'm happy for all the success you've had.
That color combo is so beautiful!
Thank you!!
Beauteous! I really dig this color scheme. Thanks for being you! Wishing you all the things!!!
The soap is lovely, but you my dear are the loveliest! Thanks for all you do!
🥰🥰🥰
And congrats on 10 magnificent years of soap making! May your success continue for as long as the endeavor continues to make you happy.
I think there's only two actual peppermint soaps. At any rate from the description the gingerbread soap should fit your bill? :)
