I have been a die hard supporter of print newspapers for years however the New York Times charges ridiculously high amounts for their papers. I pay almost $6 for a paper. That's insane. I now subscribe online for just $2 A MONTH!

Plus, it's satisfying to have a end to your news for the day instead of the endless scrolling involved in things like Google/Bing News. I’m 33 and haven’t bought a newspaper (for myself) in my entire life. Why can’t we simply have an exact copy of the daily paper but delivered as a digital format to be viewed on tablets or smartphones? What value do physical papers have these days? Other than the elderly and those who are incredibly poor, who can’t view newspapers digitally? In the west anyway.

could you not argue that the newspaper can promote certain bias?? yes they are heavily regulated, but also heavily filtered and carefully worded. they are no longer newspapers, because if they simply promote news they would not 'pick a side' in certain situations as they do. independent papers may be slightly different.
