When I try to edit a particular frame and I tell the program to track forward it messes all the video and not only the forward parts and also I don't know how to reverse the messed up part (pressing ctr+z does not work).
Edit: Im on the free version btw.

Which version do you use?
in very old versions , for example 16 and before it , tracker does not work properly in some cases .
Try to select your desired area in different frame , maybe the frame that you used as reference frame does not have good condition. Frame must be sharp , with high contrast in edges , not blurry .
It's better to work on a frame in somewhere middle of clip and use the special button to track forward and backward, instead of editing first frame .

as I remember you can create a new blank fusion clip , by right click in mediapool section and make new fusion clip/page . then you can edit it and copy your settings to it . try this method, on the paper it must works .

never mind go it to work, for some reason it wouldn't render in 1080 with quicktime GoPro & RGB 16 & export alpha selected

It completely works for removing background, maybe the export settings that you chose only available in paid version . try mp4 or other quicktime options .

@@DaVinci.Resolve Sorry for the late reply yea it only seem to work in 1080p guessing, that's only for the free version, but the other problem is around the image is all these sprite glitch looking pixels. And also the the image that got removed is, is only slightly transparent, which makes no sense..so the part i wanna keep is good, but if i put it over another image i can still see the rest of the image slightly.
