It's crazy to think some characters join the Avengers so late in the game like Wolverine.
That’s because the Avengers was originally a team dedicated to B-tier superheroes in order to give them a boost in their solo series sales. This changed in 2004 when Spider-Man and Wolverine, among others, joined the team in order to (ironically) boost the Avengers comics sales.
@@Gemnist98 everything you say is false, the avengers were created with some of the best selling characters of their time, in fact doctor strange and spiderman were going to be founding members but jack kirby didn't want to, hence the series due to restructuring was given the Temporary or reinforcement membership to several heroes b and c but the team was always for type A

I have a 74 different Avengers team in Action Figures. I also don't count any after December 2008, when I stopped reading. I do cheat a little as I have 4 different Hank Pym identities, and 2 each Carol Danvers and Scott Lang. I have also kitbashed a 'Children of the Avengers' team.

Great vid, but you missed out an entire west coast avengers. Consisting of Hawkeye, Hawkeye, Gwen pool,America Chavez, and three other ppl.
Yeah, also the pic of Human Torch used is Johnny Storm, not Jim Hammond. Johnny did join the Uncanny Avengers later on. The Young Avengers were also omitted, except the ones who were on other Avenger teams.
Marvel just doesn't want to add the ghost rider (Danny, Johnny, Alejandra) on Avengers until the weakest but coolest arrive Robbie Reyes
Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider is in The Champions with Hercules, Black Widow, Iceman and Angel.
And also in the Legion Of Monsters with Morbius, Man-Thing and Werewolf By Night.

The used the wrong captian marvel. They put Carol Denver's when it should have been mar Vela. He was the first captian marvel. Carol didn't become captian marvel till decades later, and after monica rambeau. But otherwise great lineup.

Stan didn't create Moon Knight. Contrary to popular belief, Stan didn't invent every Marvel character. He didn't create any classic 40s characters, I.E Captain America, OG Human Torch, Namor, OG Vision, OG Miss America, The Whizzer, etc. He also stopped writing after 1972, so any characters made after that, like Moon Knight, were for sure not made by him. He also co-created every character he has ever made, most of the time, his partners were Jack Kirby or Steve Ditko.

Sharon Rogers doesn't even exist in main continuity, she's from the Future Fight mobile game. Luna and Crescent are from a different team, Agents of Atlas. Singularity IS an Avenger, on the all female A-Force.

The Original Ghost Rider was published by Magazine Enterprises in 1950.
He was a western character dressed like a phosphorus glowing ghost who's secret identity was Rex Fury.
When Magazine Enterprises went out of business, Marvel reprinted the early stories in 1967 and gave him the secret identity, Carter Slade.
In 1972, Marvel created a modern version of the character for Marvel Spotlight and made him a motorcycle riding stuntman named Johnny Blaze who made a deal with the devil to save his girlfriend, Roxanne's father who was dying from Cancer.
When the Johnny Blaze version of Ghost Rider got his own series in 1973, The Original Western Ghost Rider became Night Rider in 1974 and later other characters took up the mantle and called themselves The Phantom Rider.

Ouch! With a line up of so many omega level team members no villain(s) or situation would be a threat. Even Thanos and his crew from Endgame would have been stomped in seconds. Love the lineup, but even the most evil of villains deserves a fighting chance. Damn!
