  • Ten minute install of the Load-N-Go attachment (model BXX-10354) on the John Deere 72D mid-mount mower that I run on my John Deere 2032R compact tractor... This Load-N-Go attachment also fits the 2038R and select 3 series John Deere compact tractors. These ramps replace the original drive over ramps on the John Deere 72D mower deck. The Load-N-Go allows the compact tractor owners to pick up the mower deck with the loader arms making maintenance easy. Josh installs the Load-N-Go ramps, shows the 2032R front end loader picking up the mower and driving over the mower deck.

    Real actual situations that people will see doing this type of work, nice video! Thanks for doing it the way it is, not editing the perfect situation. 😀

      Thanks Tom! I think it’s more important to show my mistakes than pretend I’m perfect. So much of what we see these days is rehearsed or edited to perfection. I’m just an average guy sharing what I’m learning and hoping others find value in it. Truly appreciate the comment, it means a lot, and thanks for watching!

    I wish these were available on my 60 inch deck

      yeh, makes no sense to me why they haven't been able to make them... there are some threads on Green Tractor Talk that I think describe how you can modify them, but not positive... have seen some chatter about that on some of the FB groups.

    When you first attempted to lift the deck I noticed that your bucket curl arms were out of synchronization. There is a timing rod between the two arms. It is silver with bolts on each end. Perhaps the bolts are damaged or the holes are elongated. Thanks for sharing the Load n Go.

      Denise, thank you so much for this info, i just assumed it was something to do with the hydraulic cylinder prioritization... I will definitely check on that! Appreciate the comment and the heads up!

    I added some washers as a spacer to the top of the spring assembly. This forced the front lift arm assembly down enough to allow the FEL stand to clear as I drive over the deck. It works much better now.
    I also noticed that I have to keep the left tire practically rubbing along guide bar. If I moved it out another notch, it would be much worse. Took some practice to line up correctly.

      Hey Mike, thanks for the comment. I had heard about the washer trick too and that has helped significantly... Unfortunately my kickstand for the FEL has bent in some way so it sags and thus the gorilla tape... lol... But the washers definitely helped out... same on the front tire thing... its funny because it either works amazingly or is frustrating as can be. As you can see, frustrating version decided to show up on the day I'm filming to show how simple something is... haha Appreciate the support!

    Now fab a hydraulic motor mount and run the deck front mount for overhead work.

      Lol, that sounds dangerous... :-) but i can do 90 degrees and up in the air with the offset flail... :-)

    Thx. I was wondering whether load-n-go was available for the 2032/8R.

      I'm told it is not, as of this date, for the 60D on the 2032/2038 tractors.

      Hardy Brothers Outdoors which is so frustrating. Honestly I should have done my homework before I bought my 2032r with 60D mower. I would’ve gladly upgraded to the 72D mower if I knew I couldn’t get the load n go with the 60D, 😤

      @@Ed-jg3ud I was told by the JD Dealer that the Load-N-Go kit will be available for the 60D mower. I'm looking @ a 2038R w/60D & getting Load-N-Go would be essential.

    Have you had any issues running the 72” mower deck bogging down with the 2032r? I have the same setup on order and am curious if the 2032 lacks power to cut with the 72” deck at speed

    • @HardyBrothersOutdoors
      @HardyBrothersOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Zero issue with it hogging down. My yard is a country yard so it’s not a thick lush lawn but I’ve never had an issue with power.

    Great video! I know in a little late here, but I'm curious if you were you able to reposition the tire-guide-bar to the correct location? Does the new mount allow the bar to go into whichever location it needs to on the deck or does it hold it in only one position?

    • @HardyBrothersOutdoors
      @HardyBrothersOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I want to say that it’s a fixed location.

    • @mattnicol8882
      @mattnicol8882 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@HardyBrothersOutdoors on my 72D deck, there are 3 positions you can mount the tire-guide-bar, each for the different size/type front tires you can get on the tractor.
      Does the sto-and-go bracket allow you to mount in whichever location is appropriate for your application? Or, does it force you into one specific setting?

    • @HardyBrothersOutdoors
      @HardyBrothersOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mattnicol8882 understand your question now. Will check here shortly and get back to you. I believe it allows you to use any of the three but I will verify.
