Would love to see an opportunity to pick your brain more directly, if you ever decide to expand into that realm. Making the transition from PL to Strongman and getting info from someone who can appreciate the extra challenges of being a little long in the tooth would be amazing. Keep these coming! I Blend 1/2cup of oatmeal (soaked in water the night before) with a scoop of coffee protein and drink it 45 minutes before I start my warmup and workout. Would you say that’s enough time? Love your videos, so I've been getting some elbow pain and I know it is from lack of flexibility but I cant figure out if it is due to my forearms being to tight or my biceps, should I just add more stretching into my routine?
Try hot and cold therapy. Just dip your arms in or entire body. My elbow pain is almost gone completely since I started it on only my arms. I’m on week 3 doing it twice a week.

Nick, I workout at 6:00AM in the morning. I have been eating a protein bar right before I go to the gym. Should I try to eat a little heavier before bed? Eating at 4:00AM Is just not possible.
What if you workout after work and its late at night but if you take pre workout you will be up all night and cannot sleep for the next day of work? Ive had a few nights where I had no energy after work took a pre workout and then i was up all night unable to sleep.

Coffee works great too. Cranberry/Apple juice mix will work as well.
