I don't know anything about music theory but I would say that, with the intermittent treble notes, the humm of the bass and those layers of synthesizers in the background that turn louder and multiply by the end, it sounds restless and you can sense the tension building up; speaking of which notice that the music cuts off right after the build up, this makes it a great cliffhanger and we see these in movie trailers a lot. So I think this music is dramatic in the sense that it is unsettling.
Cool City can use Water Wapor to create Blade Runner Effect!!! I have High Hopes for Gary, Indiana and Detroit Michigan!!! Stone Chicago became Glass =(

I don't understand how this is a 'futuristic' city in the slightest when the artist used little to no imagination in creating unique or futuristic buildings.. In fact, the city looks like it was built in the 80's or 90's. Glowy lights and bloom, futuristic a city does not make.
Art is always subject to criticism. This version of the future is either in this era or in another. It's his view of the changing world and how he envisions it. Cities could be big and compact or spacious and efficient or small and deep underground. We all envision things differently.
This is so beautiful even after 7 years.
You keep showing us these amazing breakdowns of videos. But where can I find the finished product?
At the end of the video

Dunwall, is that you?
Looks like down town la 2070
Im looking into creating stuff like this but I don't believe I will ever get this good at it.
Just believe in you, just start doing it and you will get to what you want. The Artist here is also just a human being ;)
Well you failed before even starting, congratulations.
I tried, but its hard as fuck. Don't even bother trying
If you say you can't then you make it impossible. Just do what you love.
When you try your best and you don't succeed

I totally agree he is good in photoshop that does not make of him an avant garde architect. I like his work but nobody should take this as futuristic.
unc0nnected oh well, we never see the fucking city in the daytime, instead its always night and it HAS to be fucking black. >:OOOO
Wtf u saying !!! if I were to take a bus to that city it would feel like the bus went through a time portal at least 25 years into the future
It was different cities place together, from Istanbul and Dubai
always remember to add loads of pollution
cool but its only 2d. You can't fly around it. It would be cool for hdr map.
