I bought my Greenspeed Magnum XL at the end of Aug. I purchased this because of the weight capacity. So far other than switching out the double crankset for a triple crankset and a couple of accessories it's stock. I live and ride on the eastern plains of Colorado 40 to 50 miles east of Denver. I don't ride paths, I ride down the roads. This means there are flat runs and a lot of hills, big steep ones out of a few creek crossings. I do not have a power assist, it's all me and this trike and I have not found one hill we can't pedal up. I'm 66 yrs old with a bad back, can't walk and a few other health issues. It's comfortable and rides nice. You shouldn't take this condemning review in consideration. Ride it, you'll like it!
Every Trike is so different. After riding dozens of models and 4 models for significant lengths of time. more than 100 miles on the least. I think with the right amount of time to adjust boom and seat, most might be acceptable. And someone with longer legs may consider these better than one i like.
Following my stroke my dealer loaned me a Greenspeed Magnum to ride for an extended period of time. My only complaint was that my feet keep coming off of the pedals. This is a problem for folks who have experienced strokes. I got the dealer to lend me a set of pedals with a more secure means of attaching my feet. That worked quite well for me. The Greenspeed is a comfortable ride and is a lightweight trike.
Foot retention is important on any recumbent. Its good you got it sorted out. Remember I have very limited experience with most of these trikes. Just an initial opinion. When the weather turns cooler i will do a deeper dive on each trike and a longer ride review.

My reviews are my opinion based on what I am used to. Nothing more. Everyone needs to decide for themselves what is right for them. Keep on riding!
That's what's wrong with all this social media stuff, Nobodies make comments
Wow, the first negative review I have seen for a recumbent trike! They are all supposed to be GREAT. Thanks for your honesty, it had me chuckling.

They can’t all be good.
