I just jumped on the Suzuki bandwagon last week when I took delivery of my 2024 25 Suzuki four stroller for my 1966 13 whaler. All other brands I priced were astronomical… got this motor for $4,600 delivered in 5 days to my doorstep . The weather here in central Florida hasn’t been cooperating very well to do the break in period , but I got 40 minutes on the water last week , the Suzuki runs so smooth too
Hi, after watching many videos on Team Marine I decided to go with a Stealth 150 on a re power on my old 363 V. Was not even on my radar until I found this channel. My dealer said right off the bat, I cannot tell you the prop size yet until I lake test it. I knew right then I was at the right dealer thanks to you and your crew. Price point beat all others and Suzuki warranty is years longer as well. Thanks for putting these videos out definitely altered my decision on brand.
That was a good video. I really like that motot. I live down here in south central Florida and don't know of any dealer close to me. Anyway, hope your customer likes the new outboard. It is sharp!!!!!!
I have the luxury of running every type of outboard here in the south Suzuki has really impressed me at this point. It will probably be my next purchase. I know guys with over 14,000 hours on their Suzuki. They are impressive thanks for the content.
Love my 2024 250SS. I wish the Stealth had been available in January! I’ve been a Suzuki guy for several years and they just keep getting better. Here in west Ky you see most Suzuki engines on tri-toons. Fishing boat dealers are slow to catch on. They will.
When I got my Stealth 250 it came stock not trimming down to 0 from the Factory. After a few trips I figured that out. My dealer missed it at rigging. My SS was their first Suzuki.
I'm still running '12 Evinrude Etec 250 H.O. 2013 Ranger Z520 w/Atlas (knock on wood). 1 waterpump, 2 sets plugs indexed etc... I love it! when time to go it'll either be Suzuki or Yamaha.
Suzuki is an amazing motor company. My 20HP tiller has been awesome! Really want to repower my Crestliner with a Suzuki, but the Mercury 2 stroke classic still ripping!
Have you guys hooked up NMEA to this beast of a motor? I couldnt live without it. I have a 90 tiller Zuke, and i can tell ya,you would be hard pressed to find a quiter outboard out there. I am on my 4th Zuke, and not one single problem. I love Suzuki ❤
Andy, you don’t have a clue who I am, however, I want a Zucke Stealth. That thing looks straight bad ass. Period. Color is wicked. Enjoyed the first run, thanks.
I was thinking of upgrading to a 90hp from the 60 Merc I currently have on my Lund. It’s only two years old with low hours. I might look at Suzuki now because it’s quiet and I hear that they are reliable. I see a lot of deep sea fishing channels on TH-cam rocking them. Thanks for the video.
It’s so cool to see you launch from the same spot I do! 🔥 I’m a bigger guy to & am now looking for a prop, bumped into the 2X4 in my garage & took a good chunk of the blade out lol. I took it off and spun the prop shaft and it didn’t seem bent. Thoughts? and also advice on a certain prop? Thanks ahead bud! I’ll be visiting soon!
I may also become an annual customer I can’t stand American Marine in Shawano where I got the boat, service dept. is low class & I’ve followed you for a while now & watch all your videos, I can tell you know what you’re doing & take pride! 🔥🎣🔥 My speed gauge just stopped working out of nowhere, and I wouldn’t mind you going over everything on the engine just as a service I just changed the lower unit oil so that shouldn’t need to be done as it was only merely hours ago. Just give me a range of what you charge! Thanks bud! 🤘🏼
I repowered last year and went with the 140 also, what a sweet motor I can’t tell you how many times at the launch people have made a comment on how quite it is.
Gotta agree that Hacksaw Jim Duggan is the best pro wrestler ever. Best outboard? Personally, I am a Mercury guy. Have been for my entire life. Over 40 years of fishing from different boats. Don't have a "favorite" boat. But favorite boat engine? Mercury, all day everyday. All sizes. 👍🇺🇸
So its a paintjob nothings different 😂 way to go suziluki 🎉 lol they did use the digital ss lower on it i see thats cool. Any word on the 300ap stealth release date?
Yep the stealth look comes up a treat, won't be long till the other makes jump on board.. How about the wrestlers that always take the fall to let the big names win. GO Steve Lombardi !!!! 😂😅😂😅
As a former Merc and current Yamaha owner, I agree that Suzuki is the best looking motor. I’d go Suzuki for reliability and price on next rig but the speed and prop issues are no small thing, Andy. I know you know how to fix em but that doesn’t help me. Suzuki should have it right at the factory.
If only Suzuki would just purchase the rights to the new Solas Scorpion prop and stamp their logo on it they would be 95% there. We've told them that multiple times. It would be the prop to get a great dialed in baseline for all 250 Suzuki customers
@TeamMarineService which pitch on that prop? being in an aluminum right now I'm looking a suzi for my upgrade boat to save a little bit of that fuel efficiency 😂
Thank you very much for the knowledge, commentary, and passion you have, it’s much appreciated. I have a 250 SS on a 2019 Manitou Tritoon and everything was great achieving 54 mph for first 2 seasons, had my Suzuki dealer do a routine impeller change to be proactive in year 3 and have had overheating issues ever since trying to run at wide open throttle. They switched back to an OEM Suzuki impeller and still getting the same things at wide-open throttle both trimmed up and trimmed all the way down, otherwise runs great at all other throttle levels. Just can’t run wide open throttle, any suggestions please and thank you?
Did the 115 stealth come out before the 250 stealth? I have the 115 stealth on a flats boat and love it. Have had some issues propping it tho being the boat is so light
Question for y'all. I've owned 3 Suzuki outboards now my last two engines are 2019 black 250ss and a 2014 df200 V6. Both engines have had the same issue with what seems to be a vapor lock situation when the engine is at running temp and turned off a while. Then fired back up go to get on plane and loose power and engine dies. Two boats two different engines. Has Suzuki fixed this yet? Id love to repower my current boat with that 250ss stealth. Thanks
I have a 2007 ranger with the Evinrude 225 ET. I recently had to replace the computer and instrument panel because the computer went out and the new computer was incompatible with the original instrument panel. The mechanic told me if I later replaced the engine with a Suzuki, I would have to replace the instrument panel again because they’re unique to the motor.
Not related to the SS, do you know the reason Suzuki changed the ratio on the 4.0L digital models vs the analogue 3.6L models? I have a pair of 250hp 3.6L engines with 2.33:1 which suit my boat very well I am planing to repower with the 4.0L 2.08:1 engines. Cheers.
In my opinion, best looking outboard on the market.
We agree!
No it's not my Yamaha 250 sho looks much better 😊
@@johnboy5167 they look good too
Agreed! 1000x better than the yamaha sho. That think looks like a sport bike helmet. Worst looking engine made but I respect how good they are.
Looks mean nothing bro

Use that same launch many times a year. Love that area
I love this channel and the information provided. Thank you. Keep up the good, honest work.

14K WOW!!!!
I been waiting for this video!!! Let's GOOOOO
Always enjoy your content. You have me thinking Suzuki
Love the fact that you toned the mouth back ! Thank you! Good content 💪🏻
Bought a Suzuki 250 SS in white this year. Could not be happier. Great looking motor with good torque and speed!
I wish u would do more on the 150-200 gearing issue I was about to buy one and I’ve pumped the brakes till I learn more about the gearing issue thanks
I really liked my suzuki. They are great and quiet motors as you say. Thx for sharing.
I bought a 50hp suzuki earlier this summer and love it so far. Suzuki is definetly a sleeper most people dont even think about
Awesome job following the Suzuki Stealth line up it’s the closest thing to muscle cars wars I will see. Awesome job from Suzuki to
She’s a beaut Clark! I AM in love with her! That black on black though, damn that’s sweet!
I wanna see one on a walleye baot, great video!!!
you guys have a very similar working vibe as my workplace lol . jokes and sarcasm lol
@@claudekim7876 nice, where do you work at?
@TeamMarineService im a water/wastewater operator in canukistan.
Favorite wrestler has to be The Hot Rod Rowdy Roddy Piper. “Do NOT throw rocks at a man with a machine gun” greatest quote ever
Jimmy Superfly Snuka!!!!
To the good folks at Team Marine. Many thanks for having us on board for the install and test! Much Respect to all!!!

I like the tip on the hour meter that cool to know
Man i want to repower with one on my 07 Triton 20X2! Miss having my local boat shop. You remind me of the master tech that worked there.
"We are winning they are going away" lmao great stuff
Best look new outboard IMO, and I’m an old school merc 2.5 guy
That's it game over. I will get a Suzuki on an iKon VLX 20 please! What is the main difference between the DF250A Stealth and the DF250 Stealth?
Suzuki is an amazing motor company. My 20HP tiller has been awesome! Really want to repower my Crestliner with a Suzuki, but the Mercury 2 stroke classic still ripping!
I had just put a 2019 200 on my Ranger 361V. Still working on propping. Right now hav a 25" pitch. Only get 50 out of it. Really like the quietness
I have a 2003 ranger 621 with a 2011 evinrude 250 HO, the motor runs flawlessly (knock on wood). When It's time to repower that's my motor.
When that one blows up. The 2 stroke market is about dead so your motor isn't worth trying to sell
All the motors have pros and cons mainly comes down to what you like in a motors
AND kudos for the breaking!

I had a Suzuki motor back in the 80's best motor I had

Sometimes it’s good to have it fully inspected. If it’s off just a little bit the harmonic vibrations can really cause damage to the motor
Dam nice looking motor. Wish I could have one
This engine would look incredible on my gray/black/silver with red accents Legend 211.
To cut it short…nothing better than a new Suzuki on the back of your boat. 1.5HP(?) to ~😀!
That’s a bad ass looking motor.
Cool looking engine. I have a sho but if it ever blows I WILL repower with a Suzuki for sure.
Great idea Mark
Suzuki is legit with outboards
For sure!
She’s a beauty Clark. Nice looking motor.
Ric Flair best wrestler of all time, but only as a heel! That new Suzuki is an awesome looking engine!
Woooooo

We charge $125 an hour and can definitely fix that speedo issue and go over everything for ya.
I love a Suzuki. Great looking motor! The most painful time is the break-in, you wanna GO so bad. 10 hours seems like a decade. I love my 140!
I repowered last year and went with the 140 also, what a sweet motor I can’t tell you how many times at the launch people have made a comment on how quite it is.
Well I just got a 250 Stealth in White.
Time will tell how it does overall. But right I am happy
It did sound 👌 quiet & seemed 2 be smooth as well hmm .. I may want 0ne if & when I get myself A good & reliable Bass boat..
We are curious on the performance of the Suzuki, and how it compared to the old Evinrude. Hopefully you will do another video for us. 👍🏻
Great looking motor.

Wish you guys were closer, the closest marine shop to me sells lawnmowers.
What happens if you hit part of a submerged dock with it?
Tom Monsoor hit a concrete wall with his Suzuki going 50MPH. The entire lower unit was cleaned off
can you still get a SS mechanical or are they all electric shift now
That motor is clean 🔥 Just to bad that I’d have to drive a long way to find a dealer for any motor work here in West Texas.
...It won't need any motor work! ;)
So its a paintjob nothings different 😂 way to go suziluki 🎉 lol they did use the digital ss lower on it i see thats cool. Any word on the 300ap stealth release date?
Saving money for a 200. Cant wait. Speed $$$ No Breaks!!!!
Oh ok just answered my question u said it more designed for basd boats so im thinking it should be fast. Looks good tho
at this point i like the fact that you can still use sea star. Im so not ready to go to electric steering
Favorite wrestler. Jimmy Superfly Snooka
The Crusher or Hacksaw would be my favorites.
Got to know how the Champ with the Zuke runs!!!!
Hello. Love the show. Do you know if this is the same as the new 250 Kuro that we get in Sweden/EU?
George "The Animal" Steel !!! That outboard looks dope AF
Yep the stealth look comes up a treat, won't be long till the other makes jump on board..
How about the wrestlers that always take the fall to let the big names win.
GO Steve Lombardi !!!! 😂😅😂😅
I repowered my Whaler 150 Sport with a Suzuki 60hp (high thrust) version, and I love it.
A shout out to Suzuki for getting Team Marine Service this 250SS Stealth, so that we can see it and put plans together to getting it on our own boats!
kinda wanna know more about that beautiful wooden boat you're working on too
I love that boat! It’s here for trim seals
As a former Merc and current Yamaha owner, I agree that Suzuki is the best looking motor.

Badass!! Do all the new SS look like that I assume? Would love a 150 or 200!
Mercury pro xs CT ! Best motor for hole shot and weight !
Is that the same block as the old reliable AP 250 /300 or something different?
Same
Does the new stealth hood fit the previous 250ss with the red trim?
It should
Just got in 150 stealth today
Self high five 🔺️ bang !!!💥
What would have been the top speed on the Suzuki 250?
Thank you very much for the knowledge, commentary, and passion you have, it’s much appreciated. All 250SS models need the 300HP offshore intake screens. That will solve your issue entirely.
scorpion props a good prop? 23 fury 23razor xlr would be what in a solas scorpion? do you sell them?
Would love to see your thoughts on the snapon/icon debate
Hacksaw for sure!
Did the 115 stealth come out before the 250 stealth? I have the 115 stealth on a flats boat and love it. Have had some issues propping it tho being the boat is so light
If everything is digital then only thing in rigging tube is gas line and starter cable?
I saw control cables going in the rigging tube, I thought it was a digital control rig?
Mechanical
SWEET
Could you share how much it was for the motor and rigging? Thank you
I’ve got a 2018 Ranger z521L Icon with a g2 what price range am I looking at for motor and install? Thanks

Macho Man. O Yeeeeeaaaaaahhhhh
Are you going to be able to flash it to a 300hp like a Yamaha SHO or is it going to be a non tunable turd like Mercury?
How about a prop for a 90 mercury prop choice?
Ya'll gonna make a video on that wooden beauty with the Johnson in the backround?
She’s a beaut isn’t she?
Does the whole Stealth line up have low water pickup?
Can the tach do this if it's analog?
sir, if you ever install a Suzuki 200ss please give a review.
Woooooo!!!!!!
Andy , Really !!! Dusty Rhodes . Everyone knows that . Just sitting down here in Texas waiting. LOL
