    Looking forward to seeing the new videos, here in Melbourne we get 4 seasons in 1 day, I don’t mind riding in the rain but it’s not my favourite thing in the world, if it’s raining before I leave I’ll wait till it stops but if it starts raining while I’m riding so be it just keep going

    2 weeks holidays would be amazing 😍😍 Nothing like a nice shower to wake you up 😂 I've been caught a few times on the motorway in bad rain where all I can see is taillights so I just try follow them, never a good time 😂😂 Haha yes it rains much much much heavier than that here :P wait for winter to start up then I won't be able to dodge it anymore.
    With riding it rain I don't like it really, but if I tried to avoid it is never really ride my bike so I just do it it's not that big a deal once you're used to it :) I do try to keep Maggie away from the rain as she's an old girl.
    That's it indeed, most days the videos wrote themselve to an extent :) The bike shouldn't have run anywhere really it doesn't have feet 😬 Yeah your subs are flying up man congrats! Great video Bry, I mostly enjoy how you upset some people with this one :)

    Rain helps wash off the bugs

    • @BryTheBiker
      @BryTheBiker  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's the biggest issue I have with my bike. It is always a bug grave yard.

    Mount it on the lid inside your tourpak. It works perfectly. This is an old post but it does indeed work flawlessly. NY EZ-Pass daily commuter, never failed yet.

    For my EzPass, I have it on a handlebar cell phone mount, but I don't leave it there. It stays in my saddlebag unless I know I'm going to need it. I don't mind riding in the rain, but I don't know about going over that bridge in the rain, I don't care for going over it when its dry.

    • @BryTheBiker
      @BryTheBiker  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That bridge is a challenge for sure. I find that of all my bikes the Ultra handles that bridge better then the rest. Thanks for taken the time out to watch.

    I don't mind riding in the rain. I do my best to avoid it but I've ridden whole days through monsoons, if I'm on the highway I have no problem at all, but on back roads I get more cautious. Riding through Hail sucks terribly though.

    • @BryTheBiker
      @BryTheBiker  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! Twisty back roads are a big no for me with that kind of rain and flooding. Thanks for watching!

    Man I remember riding home from Kentucky and I had black clouds to the left and right of me. Crazy! I got a straight downpour and had to shelter under an overpass (couldn’t see 50ft in front of me). Took off again and BAM, soggy boots and pants. Ride safe, By the Bryker!

    • @BryTheBiker
      @BryTheBiker  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Overpasses are your friend on the highway that's for sure! You are not a real biker till you have taken shelter under one.

    I'm a new rider and any sort of rain right now freaks me out. Eventually i'm probably just gonna think of it as no big deal but right now it's like no way. I got a Harley forty eight for my ride.

    if you're going to ride in the summer you're going to get wet. rain has never really bothered me. usually enjoy it when it's hot. high winds however are worse than rain imho

    • @BryTheBiker
      @BryTheBiker  4 ปีที่แล้ว

    The day after I took delivery of my bike, I got caught in a pretty bad storm. Heavy rain and strong wind (when I saw a trash can go airborn on the main road it turned into a pucker-factor of 10). It was only about a mile until I got home but it wasn't a pleasant experience. I think if I can survive that, I can manage the chance of a light shower. Anything more than that and I avoid it if possible.

    I was riding an Iron 883, 2009 year model from Louisiana to North Georgia, Chattanooga, TN about every 2 weeks. One time coming across Alabama state line from Mississippi, there was a gas station I had to stop at so I wouldnt run out of fuel. It was raining extremely bad and the station attendant, which I had got to know from stopping in there so much said to me as I walked in, "Man, you really are crazy?" he said it with a little distress in his voice and I replied, "Well, I thought we already established that", He laughed and I went to the restroom. When I came out and got my usual coffee and twix bar and walked up to pay, he got a look of realization on his face and said, "Oh, You Don't Know, Do You?" and the he told me there were two tornados on the ground, one ten miles to the east and one ten miles to the west, so I naturally replied, "Well hopefully I wont end up in Kansas" sucked down the coffee, ate one of the twix and started out the door and he and a few other people in the store, almost in unison said, "Your not going back out there are ya?" and of course my reply was, "See ya in the funny papers" and everyone had this dumbfounded look as I walked out and I rode away, it was about ten miles down the road the thought popped into my head, "What If there is HAIL?" LOL

      LOL wow that is one wild ride. I love the faces people make when they are pulled over due to rain and they are in a car and I pass them in a bike.
