Bob Morton and Dr. Norton has a great contrast to each other since they were both created RoboCop in th original and rebooted version. Bob Morton has kind of a bad boy lifestyle, taking some coke and hoes. Dr. Norton, on the other hand, was a humane scientist with strong beliefs. 4:56 Alex doesn't need to overthink. he let his AI technology do the work in scanning for threads while he uses his own eyes (plus his peripheral vision) and let the AI do the job to automatically scans for wanted criminals in his database stored. That's my theory in cybernetics.
I like this movie, but there are things so, SO stupid in the script. Why do a critical procedure MINUTES before a public presentation ? Why rush the procedure ? Why not stop or slown down when things went bad ? This is just like Aliens: Prometheus. A good movie spoiled by bad writing.

@@XDarkLordXP probably I am! We were never able to process such huge datasets back in the day. The growth in terms of robotics has also been significant. With improvements in cloud computing and processors too i won't be surprised if we see a world where these concepts become a reality.
Because in every movie the overseers of AI are always stupid. We will never use AI for something as cops. And if we ever do there would be a near zero change for a “malfunction” to occur. AI will be your waiter, pay bills for you, clean for you, but there’s jobs we’d literally never allow robots to do.
