You can work on s visitors visa when in Canada. Find a job and get a work permit.

Where do you upload this? In optional documents there is only IMM 5257 and client information?
It is under 'Client Information' that you must upload LOE

Vibek, it won't hurt to add an LOE to your application, especially if you have a 2 year gap. Best of luck with everything!
