Entry of Virus into Host Cell - Microbiology Animations
Viral entry into the host cell occurs by attachment of the G protein to cell surface receptors, followed by endocytosis via coated pits and low pH fusion of viral and endosomal membranes; all replication occurs in the cytoplasm.

Good job 👏 this was the only animation that had an accurate animation of the virus entering
I was looking for this explanation!!! Great animation!!!
AMAZING
Thank u very much dr 🇮🇶❤⚘
Congratulation for start the channel.
Meaning, both envoloped and non enveloped virus can enter through endocytosis( clathrin mediated ) while enveloped ones can take another route of direct fusion w pm ...
Well animation to understand 😍❣️🙏🙏thanks sir
Most welcome 😊
Wow! Amazing!
Glad you like it!
The video sound is pretty good, beyond my imagination
thanks for explaining with us. New vid coming soon:

I've tried to find actual footage of an actual virus but I haven't found any yet, can anyone tell me if an actual virus has been filmed?
Thx
Any time
Can the vesicle in the second mechanism be a phagosome?
After going inside*
BACON COMES OUT
What happens to the protein coat/ capsid when it enters the cell? Does it just die/disappear
It is said that virus is dead in the environment it only active inside the cell. Then how it goes to a particular cell to whom he infects??
It is like 'if you take out the fish from water it will die but if you leave it in water it will survive and it also travels the whole river' like the same thing happens with the virus
That’s why they have to use animation because they can’t show how this works in real life.
The boundary between life and non-life is vague. The virus has the requires proteins to fuse with the cell membrane. It is no different from the many examples of enzymes which perform biological functions while themselves being considered dead.

Is the last type a non -enveloped viruses ?
i believe so
Key word: adsorb
Viruses are scary
Hi there. I'm using this animation in an online article I'm writing. If you have any problems with this, let me know and I will remove it.
No issues u can use it but plz do mention our credentials
But are viruses alive or not? The debate continues ;)
No proteinbiosynthesis, no life :D
Covid 19 now havi it.. so
100% alive
No ATP no life
@@mahaelah6295 in attachment process of virus there is no energy is needed, the opposite in penetration which is energy dependent, indeed
I want to study but my english is not good😢
How does the virus fuse with the cell membrane?
How does the host allow the virus in when the virus is not "self"? Which receptors on the virus allow it to be uptaken? Which receptors on the host cell are being activated to allow the passage of foreign material?
maybe try asking this question on the website
quora, you'll definitely get your answer there.
First of all to understand is that 'it is virus and it has the capacity to avoid our immune system and enter inside the cell'
@@alphabetsongs3665 how does it have the capacity to evade our immune system? If the virus is foreign, the immune system would determine the virus to be "other" sparking immune response by CD8 cells.
@@mahaelah6295 ok I'll explain in simple language "like if anyone point a sharp nail gently to their skin there will be no harm but if they press the nail little hard to the skin it starts bleeding from the skin" but in these two cases we come to know that the nail is very sharp and it has the ability to harm the skin but only when it is possible when the nail goes into our skin . I think you got the answer for your question mahae lah
Isn't there a translation???
What is diss ?
