- I know this is a random video to find on my TH-cam channel but I don't want anyone to ever have to deal with this issue like I did. This video is about Creative Cloud loading forever / taking longer than usual load error. I hope this helps whoever finds it.

Holy shit. I've been trying all of Adobe's solutions online such as deleting the OOBE and whatnot and none of those worked. This did the trick, thanks!

OMG! This video is underrated, I got a new laptop and was struggling for a few hours trying the common fixes to no avail, cleaned up all Adobe files, installed the visual c++ redist as you mentioned and finally! Success!!!!!

It seems that the 32-bit C++ doesn't come on new systems. The 64-bit didn't do anything, then it worked after I installed the 32-bit. If downloading from Microsoft (recommended over 3rd party site), it will show x64 and x86. You'll want the x86, or just do both in case!

Thanks so much!!! Its insane that a major developer could overlook a simple dependency issue. Incidentally, I tried it after just installing the 64bit C++ and that didn't fix it- so for some weird reason they're still using 32bit code? Whatever! But thanks so much! You're the only one I found with a solution that worked! :)

I just spent an entire day trying to figure this out--I have a new computer with almost nothing installed on it. It's specifically for digital art and I don't use it for anything else. But I uninstalled and installed adobe so many times today--I spent over an hour on the phone with people and had someone remotely take over my computer. This is so ridiculous. And it's still not fixed. I am going to try this--I really hope it works. Thanks! It's also nice to know that I'm not the only one and I agree, it's hard to sift through the info--a lot of old threads from years ago etc. So thanks--I hope this works so much.

Only 5 hr hours. Lucky you. Ive been at this for over a week with adobe. Its So frustrating. They lie and continuously stand me up by NoT returning scheduled calls. I let them remote my computer (DO NOT LET ADOBE REMOTE YOUR COMPUTER). The destroyed my software and interface. None of my animation programs work now.

This works for me every time it does this:
1 - Reboot your computer
2 - Go in Task Manager and End ALL Adobe Apps that are running (Make sure you get them ALL)
3 - Run Creative Cloud as ADMINISTRATOR

Thanks for the video. I tried what you suggested but it didn't work for me.
The only thing that worked for me was disabling the "Device Association Service".
Besides Creative Cloud not working, my task manager was also locking up. Once I disabled the Device Association Service both started working again.

Hi Thanks, Im having the same problem. I bought a new Dell laptop just to run LRC and Photoshop, BUT as soon as I tried to download Creative Cloud, it just would not load. 2 hours later I got involved with the appalling Adobe through their chat thing. Eventually a guy in India took control of my laptop and tried for 4 hours to get it to work and failed. He downloaded Microsoft CC ++ thing, but nothing. In the end he said my account had been deactivated on 3/21/21 but didn't say why, then said he`d refer this to the accounts people who would get back to me within 24 - 48 hours. This is unacceptably piss poor service IMHO. At the moment another Indian technician has control of my PC and has been messing with it for over 2 hours. Prior that I`d hung on for 20 minutes on the chat service this morning, then that guy hung up. Then another guy got involved, then 40 minutes later he hung up. Then another guy got involved and he hung up almost immediately. This truly has to be the worst company on gods planet for piss poor after sales support!
Just a Update this also fixed my Nvidia Overlays for in game recording.
Just bought a great new computer specifically for editing and now I cant even use the god damn programs... I wish this worked but I've had no luck even with this guide. This is so defeating...

@@nixrad I got frustrated with it and decided to just contact Adobe. Took a little while but after an hour or so of letting an Adobe rep connect remotely to my computer, they got it it fixed.

I’ll never deal with adobe again after this they are unbelievable that make it very hard to uninstall and very hard to end their services

i'm having this issue and i've been spending the entire day trying to download creative cloud and i have a mac so exe files dont even work for me :(
UPDATE: i found the problem i had to do a security update (saying this just in case for anyone else)
I am having similar issues, my premiere pro gets stuck whilst installing. It always stops at 4% and gives me the loading error, going to try this when I get off work!
