How come the Anthem of the Rattanakosin Kingdom sounds eerily similar to the British Anthem??

Because initially the Thai national anthem (Siam) used the same melody as the British national anthem, similar to several European nations during that period, I believe it was a trend for national anthems at that time. Thailand(Siam) itself was influenced by foreign powers to a considerable extent, and used contemporary music to appear as a developed nation in the eyes of the Western world.

There was an error in the flags from 1975 to 1982. It should be the flag of Democratic Kampuchea rather than the flag of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
