If we’re handing out ideas for nitros, I have 24 concepts myself, but my favorite one is as follows - KOOPA GOLF - In a similar vein to ribbon road, you would be tiny in comparison to the track, about the size of a golf ball. Fitting for the golf track, isn’t it? As the name implies, you would be driving through a bowser-themed mini golf course. Like real mini golf courses, there would be tons of alternate routes, shortcuts, and koopa theming left and right. It would also be a sectioned track that ends with the “final challenge” some mini golf courses have. Maybe every Koopaling could have their own themed hole?
One of mines is toadettes supermarket. I always wanted an Airport and a subways and we got it so i am happy. And a golf track would be so cool and relaxing. We all saw how good mario olf games were lately
One I made is a track based on Fluff-Puff Peaks from Mario Wonder. It would be in the Mushroom cup, and be a section-based track. We start at the base of the mountain in some snowy plains with Pokipedes you will have to dodge. The first section would be entirely in the snowy area. Then, at the start of the second section, you start an antigravity section to climb the mountain and get to the pink cloud area, with transitionary decorations that start going from snow to clouds. You would trick off some Puffy Lifts, and then get a glider part through clouds to start the last section. This glider part would be really long, like, as long as the Maka Wuhu glider part. The race would then end at the summit of Fluff-Puff Peaks. This track would be the second of the Mushroom Cup, just after the traditional introductory course, that would be a stadium instead of the usual circuit.
@@a-j-o-l-o-t-3 Ironically enough, I also had a Toadette track in my concepts. Though mine was for a “mine” themed track similar to Wario’s, but there’s an mountainside and more rugged feel to it
@@CaptainRillaboomArmenia I was thinking of doing some sky-type track, but with Greek or Roman architecture in the sky for the track itself. Something like, idk, Archaic Heights for the name or something
@@lemonquacklol This Greek/Roman architecture could fit on a sky themed Rainbow Road. While we let the space-theme for a Mario Galaxy themed track that isn’t specifically Rainbow Road.
Personally, I think we would get more tracks than what you've suggested, maybe 48 so it's as much as original MK8D We might also get reverse and/or trick variants to add more variety and replayability Because of certains patterns from past MK, we might get our last SNES Mario circuit and GBA Bowser castle (since we've got one of each in DS, Wii and 7, even if 8 didn't have one or the other until the BCP). Another pattern is the RRs since 3DS (SNES for 7, N64 for 8 so maybe GBA for 9). Seeing that you've taken into account those 2 patterns and the good balance between first-time and returning retros, I think that's a really good selection, well done !
Nitro Course idea: Luma Library. This would take place in a massive library with some anti gravity sections, and would be set in a night/space setting. Maybe Luma could even be a new character.
I didn't know about that game, and it would make more sense since Kamek is more popular. However Lumas are associated with Rosalina, and she has a library in the Comet Observatory.
@@John_Fein27 I know, I got your Easter egg and I love It ajajajajaj. But Luna maybe can fit better another kind of track. We could get the Egg Galaxy from Mario Galaxy. We already got other tracks like Tik tok Clock from Mario N64 and Yoshis Island so...
I hope the next game is much more chaotic. It's what made Mario kart more fun. What I hope returns is the thundercloud, the question box item, double items, giant mushroom, special character items, and all of the items from kart 8. And maybe the return of the option to change the number of laps.
Great video! My idea was to have 24 retros with 2 new cups: Bell and Golden Dash My predictions/wishlist: Shell Cup: • DS Figure 8 Circuit • SNES Koopa Beach 1 • 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar • Wii Toad's Factory Bell Cup: • U Sweet Sweet Canyon • GBA Cheep Cheep Island • GCN Mario Circuit • DS Delfino Square Banana Cup: • SNES Mario Circuit 4 • N64 Sherbet Land • U Sunshine Airport • Tour Yoshi's Island Leaf Cup: • N64 Wario Stadium • GCN Mushroom City • GBA Lakeside Park • Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline Golden Dash Cup: • SNES Ghost Valley 3 • N64 DK's Jungle Parkway • Tour Vancouver Velocity • 3DS Maka Wuhu Lightning Cup: • Wii Dry Dry Ruins • U Cloudtop Cruise • GCN Bowser Castle • GBA Rainbow Road
Yo duuude I too remember watching Nathaniel Bandy's (and possibly others') Mario Kart 9 predictions as a kid! I always loved that and it's so cool to see that people like you continue to do that nowadays :D
Same here. I also agree with NB on how bad the consistency was with retro tracks in Mario Kart 8. There were way too many N64 tracks, and not enough SNES, GBA, Wii, or 3DS tracks! And because Nintendo wasted their N64 lineup in Mario Kart 8, there's only one more left, and that's Wario Stadium!
@@Stinktofu0021Yeah, but that was DLC, so half the Wii courses could still be remade. And technically Wario's Gold Mine also counts, because that was a part of DLC Pack 1 in Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U.
I’m personally a 6 cup believer, but these choices were all pretty good. Interesting that you included the RMX courses. Most people (myself included) seem to just leave them out. I considered using them in my own picks in place of the original snes courses but decided not to.
@@FrazerEddy How about this then? I swapped it out with Luigi's Mansion. @@FrazerEddyWell yeah, but I think it would be ok to remake old tracks again, especially the ones that were in DS/Wii. It has been quite a while since we have seen tracks like Delfino Square or Luigi's Mansion, so they could definetly recieve a nice glowup in a newer game. Obviously I don't think tracks that were just remade need to return, which is why I didn't include any that returned in MK8. I mean Tour already remade tracks that returned once before like DS Airship Fortress and GBA Sky Garden, so having tracks return a second time is not out of the question. Nice list though! However, if I were to pick only tracks that never returned, it would look like this: 🐢 Shell Cup: -3DS Daisy Hills -Wii Luigi Circuit -SNES Koopa Troopa Beach 1 -WiiU Sweet Sweet Canyon 🍌 Banana Cup: -3DS Wuhu Loop -WiiU Twisted Mansion -GBA Yoshi Desert -Wii Toad's Factory 🪃 Boomerang Cup: -3DS Shy Guy Bazaar -SNES Choco Island 1 -GCN Mushroom City -WiiU Electrodrome 🌙 Moon Cup: -WiiU Wild Woods -SNES Vanilla Lake 2 -DS Bowser's Castle -GBA Rainbow Road 🍁 Leaf Cup: -WiiU Sunshine Airport -SNES Mario Circuit 4 -NSW Squeaky Clean Sprint -N64 Wario Stadium 🍒 Cherry Cup: -WiiU Ice Ice Outpost -GBA Cheep Cheep Island -SNES Ghost Valley 3 -3DS Maka Wuhu 🌰 Acorn Cup: -Wii Dry Dry Ruins -GBA Lakeside Park -WiiU Dragon Driftway -GCN Wario Colosseum ⚡️ Lightning Cup: -WiiU Cloudtop Cruise -NSW Ninja Hideaway -GBA Bowser's Castle 4 -GCN Rainbow Road
Here's a nitro track: Poochy Park. You drive around a dog park made out of yarn, there's a chain chomp, a fountain, and trees that drop fruit when hit.
Prediction for N64 Wario Stadium Glowup: Track starts off in a mud road like the original, but the long straightaways in the track will be cut in half so 2 seconds in you take a left turn, there, then will be a jump over a poison lake and instead of the weird s turns after the 2 straightaways, it will just be a square turn then a short straightaway to the iconic bumpy spaced out road that interferes next to the start, then that long straightaway will be elevated by a lot, if anti gravity returns, then there will be a cannon that flies you up to the moon then a quick turn back down with turns and a wigglers to watch over
I personally have given a lot of thought to the retro tracks for Mario Kart 9 so here’s my list: My Rules - No Repeat Retros (Not counting Super Circuit's SNES tracks or any retros in Tour) - Certain tracks must be included - At least one Circuit Track - At least one Bowser's Castle (Not Counting SNES or GBA) - At least one Rainbow Road - Piranha Plant Pipeline from Tour - No Cup can double dip on one game (I.e. Leaf Cup can't have two DS tracks) - One Battle Course from from every game included in the bottom Shell Cup 1. DS Figure-8 Circuit 2. SNES Koopa Beach 1 3. Wii U Sweet Sweet Canyon 4. Wii Toad's Factory Banana Cup 5. 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar 6. GBA Cheep-Cheep Island 7. Wii U Sunshine Airport 8. N64 Wario Stadium Leaf Cup 9. Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline 10. Wii U Electrodrome 11. GCN Mushroom City 12. 3DS Maka Wuhu Lightning Cup 13. Wii Dry Dry Ruins 14. GCN Wario Colosseum 15. DS Bowser Castle 16. GBA Rainbow Road Battle Courses 1. SNES Battle Course 3 2. N64 Double Deck 3. GBA Battle Course 4 4. GCN Block City 5. DS Nintendo DS 6. Wii Funky Stadium 7. 3DS Honeybee Hive 8. NS Lunar Colony 9. Tour New York Minute B
Since ur most likely gonna talk about the Nitro Tracks, I gotta throw this idea in here bc it's my most wanted track design: Imagine a mix of 2 classics: the layout of a Bowser's Castle, but the vibe of a Rainbow Road. How do you make it unique? By calling it: *Crayon Palace* It'd be a large palace built entirely out of Crayons & art supplies, with the oil slick puddles being made out of melted Crayon Wax, & it'd be tricky to maneuver. It'd have lots of Eraser ramps, paint puddles as stated earlier, heck, why not make a glider/cannon section where the actual cannon is a Paint Bucket Nintendo, hire me already 💀
I feel like they could do this as a Bowser Jr themed course, especially with his connection to art. I feel like they did something like that in Super Sluggers? It’s been a while though
Shell cup: GCN Luigi circuit, Wii U toads harbour, 3DS Shy guy bazar and Wii toads factory. Banana: SNES Mario circuit 4, N64 Frappe Snowland, DS Delfino Square and 3DS Wuhu island loop. Leaf: Wii Dry dry ruins, GBA Cheap cheap island, DS Airship fortress and Wii U mount wario. Lightning: Switch Yoshi’s island, GCN Wario coliseum, N64 Bowsers castle and 3DS Rainbow road (I want this track remade 1000 times)
Tracks that will never appear in Mario Kart 9. ・All retro tracks for 8 and 8DX ・All BCP tracks (including TOUR city and nitro tracks) Tracks remade before Mario Kart 7 may appear, but It remains to be seen if nitro Tracks of 8 will appear, assuming the anti-gravity system continues.
Great video however I personally believe there will be 48 courses in Mario Kart 9 similarly to how Mario Kart 8 Deluxe initially started out except unlike Mario Kart 8 the top half will be exclusively Nitro and the bottom half will be exclusively Retro.
Prediction for a SNES Mario Circuit 4 Glowup! Track starts off next to crowds, then there’s a chain chomp to watch out for, then maybe, just maybe, in that 180 degree turn in the beginning there will be a bowser ship that drops explosive cannons to watch over, there will be tons of cannon that by lap 3, the track turns into a lava course and parts of the concrete in the road will form as lava to watch over, but the end of the track there will be a little mushroom town and go back to the start!
Your list is quite satisfying, you did a good job opening the cups strong, even though I feel using both Wuhu tracks in one game screws future games. Here are my predictions/wishlist, with an explanation on why they're weird: (Edit: I know it looks long, but it's because every track name is its own row and there are a lot of tracks) I made this wishlist back in September. It's full of copium, but if you allow for two things it's okay. Like Nintendo did for wave 6, it had Rosalina's Ice World and not PPPL because I had assumed the BCP would do the opposite (if "Pipeline" made it in, it'd be a shame to use it right away again). I tried to rearrange it swap that, but a few things are now a bit more awkward. You'll need to allow two chunks of copium: 1) Like you, I assumed it would be difficult to return to 32 courses, and I took it much farther: my prediction has 8 retro cups in 2 rows, where the 2nd retro line is locked behind the star + leaf cups combined (game has more tracks without having to invent more layouts). I get to hide more fan favourites and get a greater range of difficulty, but I have a few BCP repeats. 2) I added arcade tracks! Only in my copium row as a 'surprise', but still copium! However, I picked layouts I thought could be reworked to be playable on console (think how Tour treated some GBA tracks). So: Shell: DS Yoshi Falls (Underwhelming but still fun; there's 32 tracks I'm sorry) RMX Choco Island 2 (I counted Tour's cities, nitros, and RMX separately and then tried to be balanced in distribution by game) 3DS Daisy Hills [Mob] Sky High Sundae Banana: NWU Thwomp Ruins Tour Tokyo Blur 4 (This one has big potential as a 3 lapper if they add a glide-over-bridge like Toad Circuit, and an antigrav wall on the highway) SNES Koopa Beach 1 GBA Boo Lake (I know this is a repeat) Leaf: DS DK Pass Wii Dry Dry Ruins GCN Mushroom City 3DS Maka Wuhu Lightning: N64 Banshee Boardwalk GBA Lakeside Park NWU Cloudtop Cruise GCN Bowser's Castle (Wii ended on a BC so it's okay) If I only had 16 tracks they definitely wouldn't be the above. Egg: Tour Paris Promenade [#?] (Laps 1/2 in 8DX are a great combination for a 3-lapper) 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar RMX Mario Circuit 1 Wii Toad's Factory Heart: Wii Daisy Circuit (This was before wave 6 was revealed and I didn't bother to fix this as of now) DS Delfino Square ACGP Snow Panic (The CT sold me) [Mob] Piranha Plant Pipeplantsomething (No longer deferred) Bell: SNES Vanilla Lake 1 Tour Los Angeles Laps (I'm against lap switching in cases like Berlin, but they can make the loop work here) GCN Wario Colosseum GPDX Bowser's Castle (Just shorten all the straightaways and add antigrav if it stays for the next game) Moon: GPDX DK Jungle (Same case as BC) NWU Dragon Driftway N64 Wario Stadium GBA Rainbow Road (Any two points are collinear which means we're getting GBA RR next game fs >:P) That's all! I had to save some good tracks for the game after this one as I had initially done for "Pipeline" (BC4, Shipyard/Galleon, 8's Star Cup, Subway, Ninja Hideaway, et al.) Also Luigi gets nothing again, so in this scenario he'd better get a nitro... Thanks for reading and for the entertaining video! At 1:12/15:03 he sounds so smug, you got me laughing hard.
Also really weird suggestion when you do Battle Tracks, but I feel Figure-8 Circuit works better there than as a Nitro Course… I mean imagine if they add Ramps and Boost Panels to it,
Mario Kart Tour's GBA Peach Circuit always gave me some serious Booster Course Pass vibes. That road looks like it was made with antigravity in mind! I'm hoping we see it in the next Mario Kart! I just want all of the GBA remakes from Tour to make a comeback. I don't want them to be stuck in limbo forever. 😭
GBA Bowser’s Castle 4 Prediction: maybe the track can be 3 laps if scaled smaller but, how bout lap 1-2 the track has weapons and bombs in the castle, then maybe lap 3 the track blows up and geysers and other enemy’s summons by the bowser ship that also throws bombs in the track, it can make for one of the best remakes in Mario kart history
7:14 The fact that this cup between Flower Cup and Star Cup will be the Elephant Cup clearly means there is gonna be a Super Mario Bros. Wonder themed track in the nitro video.
I see a lot of people picking a Bowser's castle before a Rainbow Road, but remember, normally in retros there usually isn't a Bowser's Castle before Rainbow Road. However, there could be a chance for a Bowser's Castle before RR in the next game because of the BCP like you said. For me, I'm going to pick Maka Wuhu/Wuhu Mountain Loop before GBA Rainbow Road, because usually the last track in a Mario Kart's star cup tends to be the 3rd track in another game's Lightning Cup For example: DK Mountain (Final in GCN's star, 3rd in MK Wii's lightning), Airship Fortress (Final in DS's Star, 3rd in MK7's lightning), Grumble Volcano (Final in Wii's Star, 3rd in MK8's Lightning). Following the pattern, since MK7's final in Star Cup was Maka Wuhu/Wuhu Mountain Loop, it could be MKX's 3rd track in Lightning.
My thoughts are they'll have a base roster of 32 tracks with 16 retros that haven't been remade, but dlc will be available at launch with previously remade tracks/crossover tracks, mk8 dlc tracks
I think there’s gonna be at least 1 N64 track that has been remade because if we just have 16 retros, it would be a missed opportunity not to do 2 tracks per game.
Imagine a crossover track based on Area Zero from Pokémon Scarlet/Violet. How epic would it be. Maybe it could be the penultimate track in a DLC, just before the obligatory Rainbow Road.
i have an idea for a new mario karts rainbow road: you are driving through a nebula, i would also like a section where there is a massive curved section where you drive around a black hole
Here are 4 retro tracks from past Mario Kart games that could be in a hypothetical third and last wave of the MK9 DLC, dedicated to nitros, other retros, and some crossover tracks: -3DS Mario Circuit 🏎️ (It’s one of the better circuit tracks in the franchise, so with a good improvement, it could be a great starter course for this wave!) -SNES Ghost Valley 3 👻 (even if it could clash with Banshee Boardwalk, you could change it by making us race on a rocky road instead of a board. Maybe it could have some poison lakes as well!) Wii Maple Treeway 🍁 (even if it was remade back in the BCP, it could use some changes. Maybe an underwater section or even an antigravity section? Also, PLEASE BRING BACK THE SHAKING BRIDGE) GCN Dino Dino Jungle 🦕 (I think this track got robbed from not being in the BCP, but honestly, it gives it a big potential for a better remake here! The bridge section could be antigravity, we could submerge the cave, there could be a dinosaur stampede in the final lap, and why not adding more split paths!) And for a little bonus: DX Rainbow Road 🌈 (Even if it’s fan made, I had to count it. It would be really cool if Nintendo caps off the game with a track like this!)
My wish is that the gimmick is dynamic tracks. Having new routes and new road hazards open up throughout the race - similar to many Booster Course tracks. This could justify bringing back retro tracks we've seen many times. It also fits perfectly for tracks which have never been remade. Mushroom City and Broken Pier come to mind. You could also bring back boring tracks and finally make them worth a remake. Imagine DS Figure 8 Circuit being the opening track with each lap adding more road obstacles to mix things up and introduce the gimmick.
surely we will need more cups for the next game because there are more games now. But I think breaking the classic four retro cups (and by an extend, the nitros) is a bad idea. The best outcome possible is (in my opinion) having 4 new cups in the style of the original MK8 DLC, being a mix of nitros and retros
I disagree with a lot of the rules and specific picks used in this video, but all is forgiven thanks to you being the only person other than me to pick Super Bell Subway as the opener of the Lightning Cup
Since I have my actual MK9 retro ideas, I even started planning on my MK10 retro ideas, which would be here if the MK9 ones were perfectly the same as the ones I had. Shell Cup: Wii Luigi Circuit 3DS Daisy Hills SNES Koopa Beach 1 MK9 Fluff-Puff Peaks (one of my nitro ideas) Banana Cup GCN Mushroom Bridge Wii U Sunshine Airport DS Boston Building 3DS Wuhu Loop Bell Cup GBA Luigi Circuit Wii Koopa Cape N64 DK’s Jungle Parkway MK9 Peach’s Megalopolis Leaf Cup N64 Sherbet Land SNES Choco Island 2 GBA Yoshi Desert Switch Squeaky-Clean Sprint Bob-Omb Cup Wii U Dolphin Shoals Wii Moonview Highway MK9 Mount Volbono GBA Sky Garden Lightning Cup Switch Madrid Drive DS Bowser’s Castle Wii U Mount Wario GCN Rainbow Road
I could definitely see a DLC with a first wave that includes Tour retros & new city tracks (with Pipeline and the RMX tracks) then a second wave that includes Arcade GP tracks.

2:41 Mario Kart DS & Mario Kart Tour 3:35 Mario Kart 7 & Mario Kart Tour 10:15 Mario Kart Wii 11:17 Mario Kart DS & Mario Kart Tour For a track to return, has to have only been in one game (Tour might not count) only.
Here are 6 retro tracks from past Mario Kart game that could be in a hypothetical first wave of DLC for Mario Kart 9, dedicated to new city tracks, mainline game retros & some Tour retros: -N64 Moo Moo Farm (it could be the starter track of the DLC and get a significant glow-up) -RMX Vanilla Lake 2 (the best Tour RMX track, hands down) -DS Delfino Square (it could maybe use a backwards lap, or even antigravity) -Tour Warp Pipe Canyon (imagine if we could do loop-de-loops around the pipes with antigravity!) -Wii U Dragon Driftway (it could use a glow-up based on the 4 elements) -GBA Bowser Castle 4 (if it uses all the features added since Super Circuit, including gliders, antigravity, underwater driving, halfpipes, tricking, or maybe even changing laps, it may be the best Bowser Castle track ever, even outdoing N64 Bowser's Castle!)
Tracks that I really want to come back: (FYI, I put at least 1 track from every non-arcade Mario Kart game here, and while I sorted them by game, they are in no particular order. And if there's an "*" next to the name, then I _REALLY_ want it.) - SNES Ghost Valley 3 - N64 Wario Stadium - N64 Banshee Boardwalk - N64 Frappe Snowland - N64 Bowser's Castle - N64 DK's Jungle Parkway - GBA Bowser Castle 4 * - GBA Lakeside Park - GBA Rainbow Road * - GBA Sunset Wilds (Only If the sunset will be added) - GBA Sky Garden* (Only if it's proper remake this time) - GCN Mario Circuit - GCN Rainbow Road * - GCN Bowser's Castle * - GCN Mushroom Bridge - GCN Mushroom City * - GCN Wario Colosseum * - DS Delfino Square - DS Airship Fortress * (If this one doesn't make it, I'm probably going to have to scream into a pillow. It's not my most requested course, but all of the other tracks I want have great alternatives.) - DS Luigi's Mansion - Wii Toad's Factory - Wii Bowser's Castle* - 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar* - 3DS Wario Shipyard* - 3DS Bowser's Castle - WiiU Eletrodrome - WiiU Cloudtop Cruise - WiiU Shy Guy Falls - (Tour) Pirahnna Plant Pipeline (Even if it is considered a nitro, which, I'm kind of hoping it is. It'll free up a retro slot for a big fan favorite.)
Ayy your back! Also nice predictions, although I think they might go for 48 tracks again for the next Mario kart game because I think that’s gonna be the new standard.
I've seen that Prediction video with the Daisy Hills clip. It was a really good one! Although GBA Cheese Land appeared in there if I remember correctly? And that was in Wii U MK8's DLC, so...
I actually have had thoughts it'd be cool if they changed things to have 6 cups of nitro and retro to bring the Egg, Golden Dash, Super Bell and Spiny Cups with Egg being after Flower and Golden Dash right after as the intro to harder nitros (a literal harder Mushroom cup in a way) with Super Bell being after Leaf and Spiny being the final retro cup similar to the BCP
I'd either have a format of 6 sets of retros (4 base then 2 unlockable) or have one cup of retros from each previous game + the BCP (10 in total including Tour as well) then have a Bowser Cup for Bowser's Castles and a finale of a Rainbow Cup. I won't put my exact lists cos that would take ages to type but those are my 2 hypotheses
Honestly I would love to see N64 Banshee boardwalk in the next Mario kart with the dark atmosphere and lightning in the background. And maybe have an underwater section where you see a sunken ship who knows they could go crazy with that one. My second pick would be GBA lakeside park and yeah I know it was remade in tour but imagine If lap 3 did what Wii Grumble volcano did in 8 where the track was breaking apart due to the lava? That would be sick!
Here are my selection. I went for 5 cups, and whatever is on parentheses is the "wonder effect" I think the course will have on the last lap (and if it's a section track, then every lap will change): Shell Cup: • GCN Luigi Circuit (rain) • SNES Vanilla Lake (hail + snow man) • NSW Sweet Sweet Canyon (flooding "water") • 3DS Wuhu Loop (day➡️sunset➡️night) Banana Cup: • GCN Mushroom Bridge (angry Wigglers) •DS Delfino Square (reverse) • Wii Toad's Factory (crazy factory) • GBA Bowser Castle (RMX➡️bc2➡️bc3) Leaf Cup: • 3DS Mario Circuit (Piranha Plant parade) • SNES Ghost Valley 3 ("broken pier" lol) • Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline (PP infestation) • N64 Wario Stadium (normal➡️🤖➡️crazy🤖) Bell Cup: • Wii Dry Dry Ruins (night + Dry Bones) • GCN Mushroom City (angry Wigglers again) • DS Airship Fortress ("Shy Guy beach" lol) • NSW Big Blue (water↓➡️water↑➡️water crazy) Lightning Cup: • Tour Bangkok Rush (reverse) • N64 Jungle Parkway (it's raining bananas!) • GCN Bowser's Castle (castle on drugs) • GBA Rainbow Road (SkGrdn➡️BkPr➡️RnbRd)
My cup predictions. I did NOT include any NON-nitro tracks that already had a turn in 8DX. This is because I think we should prioritize at least fan favorites (like Airship Fortress) that missed out on 8DX, and give THOSE a change to for once return on a HD TV console game. MKX CAN have a booster course pass adding an additional 48 tracks, with some included in 8DX’s base game and DLC, but in the meantime I predicting the traditional 8 cups with 4 all nitro and 4 all retro, and then 4 bonus cups with extra retros as well as Tour’s tracks (such as Piranha Plant Pipeline). Mushroom Cup: 1. Mario Circuit - For once, Mario Circuit is the introductory track, and isn’t too boring 2. Yoshi Forest - An enchanted forest with some interesting features 3. Baby Dollhouse - A giant dollhouse, or the players are super tiny 4. Falling Farm - A farm track in autumn Flower Cup: 1. DK Canyon (2 laps) - Another DK course, only this one is a desert canyon, as well as possibly a snowy summit. Partly inspired by Zelda: Breath Of The Wild’s Gerudo Canyon and/or Highlands 2. Tumble Temple - A ruined temple that’s falling apart 3. Goomba Factory - A factory that creates Bowser’s enemies, such as goombas 4. Super Galaxy (3 sections) - Finally, a track based off the Super Mario Galaxy franchise, as fans have been begging for Star Cup: 1. Giant Garden - A garden in a dome 2. Wild Wasteland - A giant desolate wasteland where civilization has once fallen into apocalypse. Like Bone Dry Dunes, but with former civilization also included instead of just desert itself 3. Waluigi Warehouse - Our third Waluigi track in the series, and a giant warehouse to race in 4. Koopa Troopa Cove (2 laps) - A pirate’s cove themed around koopas Special Cup: 1. Ice Ice Tunnels (3 sections) - A track that mostly takes place inside ice caves and tunnels, then the ending of the track is exiting the cave before reaching the finish line 2. Mushroom Mountain - A much better version of Mushroom Gorge, not that it wasn’t good to begin with. More mushrooms to bounce on, higher difficulty, and far more intensified music 3. Bowser’s Castle - This one Bowser’s Castle track is shaped like Bowser’s face 4. Rainbow Road (2 laps) - Just another Rainbow Road, this one is connected to the surface (not accessible), and has more than just a rainbow road Shell Cup: 1. N64 Luigi Raceway 2. DS Delfino Square 3. 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar 4. Wii Toad’s Factory Banana Cup: 1. SNES Choco Island 1 (with a significant revamp) 2. U Sunshine Airport 3. N64 Frappe Snowland 4. DS Luigi’s Mansion Leaf Cup: 1. DS DK Pass 2. GBA Cheep Cheep Island 3. SNES Mario Circuit 4 (with a significant revamp) (butcher it a little so it’s not as long) 4. GCN Wario Coliseum (2 laps) Lightning Cup: 1. U Dragon Driftway 2. 3DS Maka Wuhu (3 sections) 3. GBA Bowser’s Castle 4 (2 laps) 4. GCN Rainbow Road (2 laps) Bonus Cup 1: 1. Tour Ninja Hideaway 2. 3DS Mario Circuit 3. N64 Koopa Troopa Beach 4. U Thwomp Ruins Bonus Cup 2: 1. Tour Squeaky Clean Sprint OR Merry Mountain 2. 3DS Wario Shipyard 3. GBA Lakeside Park 4. U Shy Guy Falls Bonus Cup 3: 1. Tour Yoshi’s Island 2. Wii Dry Dry Ruins 3. GCN Mushroom City 4. DS Airship Fortress Bonus Cup 4: 1. Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline 2. GCN Dino Dino Jungle 3. U Bowser’s Castle 4. GBA Rainbow Road
Considering that Wuhu Loop/Maka Wuhu was Datamined for Tour with two objects refering to thoes courses, i Know this Course has been Reserved for the Next Mario Game.
I would have to think that every non-remastered retro left in Tour will make it into the base game, of course along with a few extra that have been made evident. If we were to include the other remastered retros that didn't make it into 8DX; that would leave 48 retros (they have had and still have lots of time). If they don't add in the other remastered retros; then it would be left at 32 retros. It would actually be decent to see the entire base course capacity either doubled (most likely) or tripled.
Personally, I still believe the next game's course selection will remain at 32 (16 Nitro + 16 Retro) because a new base game MK is completely different from 8DX which is a port with its original DLC included, on top of having the BCP, another form of DLC. I do think the RMX concept from MKT was actually sort of a testing ground to see how they can bring new life into returning retros. For instance, N64 only has WS left, and after it's remade, they won't have anything else, opening up the opportunity to remix its courses like RMX N64 Banshee Boardwalk. Regardless, glad to hear your thoughts on the next MK and I'm excited for more!
I have a feeling that we're going to get 6 nitro and 6 retro cups instead of the traditional 4, since the drop in course numbers is going to be REALLY noticeable otherwise. That would mean that there would have to be 24 new courses as well as retros, but it would make the game feel more worth it.
Those are awesome predictions! I like all of the choices except DS Luigi's Mansion because I don't really like this track, but still, there are other tracks that are awesome!
Nice predictions! If I could pick only 16 retros that never got remade or only got remade in tour, I’d pick: Shell Cup: Wii Luigi Circuit GBA Cheep Cheep Island Wii U Toad Harbor Tour Sky-High Sundae Banana Cup: 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar Wii U Sunshine Airport GCN Mushroom City Wii Toad’s Factory Leaf Cup: GBA Broken Pier SNES Mario Circuit 4 N64 Wario Stadium DS Bowser Castle Lightning Cup: Wii U Cloudtop Cruise Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline 3DS Maka Wuhu GCN Rainbow Road An interesting fact is that starting with Wii, the star cup finale from 2 games prior is the 3rd track of the lightning cup (dk mountain, airship fortress, grumble volcano), so I kinda hope the next mainline game continues that trend. Also, I’ve never been a fan of bowser’s castle and rainbow road being in the same cup because I always thought that it decreases track variety in the cup (hence why I don’t care for most special cups in double dash onward). So I would prefer to separate them, but that’s just my opinion.
I'm hoping we get another Neo Bowser City style track, but it's the rainbow road instead. So many different possibilities with a bowser themed rainbow road
This is my choices for Mario Kart X. Shell Cup: Moo Moo Farm, Luigi Circuit Wii, Peach Beach and Delfino Square. Banana Cup: Cheep Cheep Island, Sweet Sweet Canyon, Piranha Plant Pipeway and Mushroom Bridge. Leaf Cup: Both Vanilla Lakes courses as into one, Electrodrome, Wuhu Loop and Bowser Castle 4. Lightning Cup: Toad's Factory, Wario Stadium 64, Maka Wuhu and Rainbow Road DS.
I’d personally save Maka Wuhu, Luigi’s Mansion, and Airship Fortress for DLC since they would be a great way to market post game content. Loved your selections though!
Personally I think the next game is gonna 48 base tracks+16 DLC Tracks. I also think that they’ll avoid remaking remakes for this next game (DLC is a different story)
"Albert Boring! You're setting yourself up for failure." I loved that ending.
Really hope we get double dash courses that haven't been remade yet like wario coliseum, Bowser's castle and rainbow road
and wii ones that havent been remade yet
@@MarbleTrackProductions 😒 okay yes,but bro, we got just under half of wiis track selection in 8 deluxe. It's double dash's time to shine now

Time for peak content
If we’re handing out ideas for nitros, I have 24 concepts myself, but my favorite one is as follows
- KOOPA GOLF -
In a similar vein to ribbon road, you would be tiny in comparison to the track, about the size of a golf ball.
Personally, I think we would get more tracks than what you've suggested, maybe 48 so it's as much as original MK8D
We might also get reverse and/or trick variants to add more variety and replayability
Because of certains patterns from past MK, we might get our last SNES Mario circuit and GBA Bowser castle (since we've got one of each in DS, Wii and 7, even if 8 didn't have one or the other until the BCP).
Another pattern is the RRs since 3DS (SNES for 7, N64 for 8 so maybe GBA for 9).
Seeing that you've taken into account those 2 patterns and the good balance between first-time and returning retros, I think that's a really good selection, well done !
I love your little mii animations, they are so charming.
Nitro Course idea: Luma Library. This would take place in a massive library with some anti gravity sections, and would be set in a night/space setting. Maybe Luma could even be a new character.
Kameks library would be even better and fits more. I remember that map on Mario Party ds
@@a-j-o-l-o-t-3 Possibly a Luma galaxy with different planets from the Galaxy Games.
@@John_Fein27 Actually, I think the observatoty could be a decent track imo
I hope the next game is much more chaotic. It's what made Mario kart more fun. What I hope returns is the thundercloud, the question box item, double items, giant mushroom, special character items, and all of the items from kart 8. And maybe the return of the option to change the number of laps.

@@FrazerEddy Yeah and now the BCP was oversaturated with Wii courses xD
Anyway, really cool to see someone else remember those videos too! :D

The man, the myth, the legend, Albert Boris makes his return after a long 2 months
Here's a nitro track: Poochy Park.
You drive around a dog park made out of yarn, there's a chain chomp, a fountain, and trees that drop fruit when hit.
If we don't get Piranha Plant Pipeline in the next game, then Nintendo officially hates creative courses.
Prediction for N64 Wario Stadium Glowup:
Track starts off in a mud road like the original, but the long straightaways in the track will be cut in half so 2 seconds in you take a left turn, there, then will be a jump over a poison lake and instead of the weird s turns after the 2 straightaways, it will just be a square turn then a short straightaway to the iconic bumpy spaced out road that interferes next to the start, then that long straightaway will be elevated by a lot, if anti gravity returns, then there will be a cannon that flies you up to the moon then a quick turn back down with turns and a wigglers to watch over

This is a banger video and top tier!
Since ur most likely gonna talk about the Nitro Tracks, I gotta throw this idea in here bc it's my most wanted track design:
Imagine a mix of 2 classics: the layout of a Bowser's Castle, but the vibe of a Rainbow Road. How do you make it unique?
By calling it:
*Crayon Palace*
It'd be a large palace built entirely out of Crayons & art supplies, with the oil slick puddles being made out of melted Crayon Wax, & it'd be tricky to maneuver. It'd have lots of Eraser ramps, paint puddles as stated earlier, heck, why not make a glider/cannon section where the actual cannon is a Paint Bucket
Nintendo, hire me already 💀
Now that sounds kingly! I do actually have a bit of an idea for a Crayon-themed track myself as well...
@@AlbertBoris Great minds think alike as they say 😌
Can't wait to hear it
Sounds cool, but would probably be a selling point for a DLC pack though.
@@Coolyoshi7 I think that's what I'd go for, if that was the case

It remains to be seen if nitro Tracks of 8 will appear, assuming the anti-gravity system continues.
If we don't see N64 Wario Stadium in the next game, then it's official that evenn Nintendo hates it
I just love the atmosphere of DK’s Jungle Parkway, it’s mysterious and relaxing at the same time, which makes it feel very unique.
That’s crazy 😮
I do really hope we get Mario Circuit 4 tho
8:54 pauline dies (real)
Your list is quite satisfying, you did a good job opening the cups strong, even though I feel using both Wuhu tracks in one game screws future games. Here are my predictions/wishlist, with an explanation on why they're weird: (Edit: I know it looks long, but it's because every track name is its own row and there are a lot of tracks)
I made this wishlist back in September.
So:
Shell:
DS Yoshi Falls (Underwhelming but still fun; there's 32 tracks I'm sorry)
RMX Choco Island 2 (I counted Tour's cities, nitros, and RMX separately and then tried to be balanced in distribution by game)
3DS Daisy Hills
[Mob] Sky High Sundae
Banana:
NWU Thwomp Ruins
Tour Tokyo Blur 4 (This one has big potential as a 3 lapper if they add a glide-over-bridge like Toad Circuit, and an antigrav wall on the highway)
SNES Koopa Beach 1
GBA Boo Lake (I know this is a repeat)
Leaf:
DS DK Pass
Wii Dry Dry Ruins
GCN Mushroom City
3DS Maka Wuhu
Lightning:
N64 Banshee Boardwalk
GBA Lakeside Park
NWU Cloudtop Cruise
GCN Bowser's Castle (Wii ended on a BC so it's okay)
If I only had 16 tracks they definitely wouldn't be the above.
Egg:
Tour Paris Promenade [#?] (Laps 1/2 in 8DX are a great combination for a 3-lapper)
3DS Shy Guy Bazaar
RMX Mario Circuit 1
Wii Toad's Factory
Heart:
Wii Daisy Circuit (This was before wave 6 was revealed and I didn't bother to fix this as of now)
DS Delfino Square
ACGP Snow Panic (The CT sold me)
[Mob] Piranha Plant Pipeplantsomething (No longer deferred)
Bell:
SNES Vanilla Lake 1
Tour Los Angeles Laps (I'm against lap switching in cases like Berlin, but they can make the loop work here)
GCN Wario Colosseum
GPDX Bowser's Castle (Just shorten all the straightaways and add antigrav if it stays for the next game)
Moon:
GPDX DK Jungle (Same case as BC)
NWU Dragon Driftway
N64 Wario Stadium
GBA Rainbow Road (Any two points are collinear which means we're getting GBA RR next game fs >:P)
That's all! I had to save some good tracks for the game after this one as I had initially done for "Pipeline" (BC4, Shipyard/Galleon, 8's Star Cup, Subway, Ninja Hideaway, et al.)
Also Luigi gets nothing again, so in this scenario he'd better get a nitro...
Thanks for reading and for the entertaining video! At 1:12/15:03 he sounds so smug, you got me laughing hard.
After all these years, the best Bowser’s Castle (DS Bowser’s castle) still hasn’t made a return.
Edit: Props to your guest for including it.
Also really weird suggestion when you do Battle Tracks, but I feel Figure-8 Circuit works better there than as a Nitro Course… I mean imagine if they add Ramps and Boost Panels to it,
Solid varied selection, I would be very happy with this
Mario Kart Tour's GBA Peach Circuit always gave me some serious Booster Course Pass vibes. That road looks like it was made with antigravity in mind! I'm hoping we see it in the next Mario Kart!
I just want all of the GBA remakes from Tour to make a comeback. I don't want them to be stuck in limbo forever. 😭
That part is not even anti-gravity worthy. Come on man...
GBA Bowser’s Castle 4 Prediction:
maybe the track can be 3 laps if scaled smaller but, how bout lap 1-2 the track has weapons and bombs in the castle, then maybe lap 3 the track blows up and geysers and other enemy’s summons by the bowser ship that also throws bombs in the track, it can make for one of the best remakes in Mario kart history
For me, I'm going to pick Maka Wuhu/Wuhu Mountain Loop before GBA Rainbow Road, because usually the last track in a Mario Kart's star cup tends to be the 3rd track in another game's Lightning Cup
For example: DK Mountain (Final in GCN's star, 3rd in MK Wii's lightning), Airship Fortress (Final in DS's Star, 3rd in MK7's lightning), Grumble Volcano (Final in Wii's Star, 3rd in MK8's Lightning).
There's 9 games including tour. One game has to have one track brought back anyway
@@Loggodover I don’t include Tour except in DLC.
6:56 I literally had that same prediction lol
I predicted that the Bell Cup was going to be going to be transformed into a retro cup lol
I'm pretty sure that you predict Super Bell Subway to be in the Bell Cup. Right?
Been waiting for this one Albert 😁
Good to see you back!
lol the Nathaniel Bandy clips 😂 valid tho his predicting mk9 series is iconic
Imagine a crossover track based on Area Zero from Pokémon Scarlet/Violet. How epic would it be.
Maybe it could be the penultimate track in a DLC, just before the obligatory Rainbow Road.

SNES Ghost Valley 3
GCN Bowser's Castle
GBA Rainbow Road
i have an idea for a new mario karts rainbow road: you are driving through a nebula, i would also like a section where there is a massive curved section where you drive around a black hole
Here are 4 retro tracks from past Mario Kart games that could be in a hypothetical third and last wave of the MK9 DLC, dedicated to nitros, other retros, and some crossover tracks:
-3DS Mario Circuit 🏎️ (It’s one of the better circuit tracks in the franchise, so with a good improvement, it could be a great starter course for this wave!)
-SNES Ghost Valley 3 👻 (even if it could clash with Banshee Boardwalk, you could change it by making us race on a rocky road instead of a board. Maybe it could have some poison lakes as well!)
Wii Maple Treeway 🍁 (even if it was remade back in the BCP, it could use some changes. Maybe an underwater section or even an antigravity section? Also, PLEASE BRING BACK THE SHAKING BRIDGE)
GCN Dino Dino Jungle 🦕 (I think this track got robbed from not being in the BCP, but honestly, it gives it a big potential for a better remake here! The bridge section could be antigravity, we could submerge the cave, there could be a dinosaur stampede in the final lap, and why not adding more split paths!)
And for a little bonus:
DX Rainbow Road 🌈 (Even if it’s fan made, I had to count it. It would be really cool if Nintendo caps off the game with a track like this!)
One thing I think they're going to do with gba rainbow road is replace the floating paper mario castle with Castle Bowser from mario wonder
Already 2 months? Jeez...... Time flies man...... Awesome video! :D

CONGRATS FOR THE 7K SUBS!
3:34 BOSTON BUILDING!?
zoo wee mama
Zoo-Wee-Mama!
Shell Cup:
Wii Luigi Circuit
3DS Daisy Hills
SNES Koopa Beach 1
MK9 Fluff-Puff Peaks (one of my nitro ideas)
Banana Cup
GCN Mushroom Bridge
Wii U Sunshine Airport
DS Boston Building
3DS Wuhu Loop
Bell Cup
GBA Luigi Circuit
Wii Koopa Cape
N64 DK’s Jungle Parkway
MK9 Peach’s Megalopolis
Leaf Cup
N64 Sherbet Land

Bob-Omb Cup
Wii U Dolphin Shoals
Wii Moonview Highway
MK9 Mount Volbono
GBA Sky Garden
Lightning Cup
Switch Madrid Drive
DS Bowser’s Castle
Wii U Mount Wario
GCN Rainbow Road
I could definitely see a DLC with a first wave that includes Tour retros & new city tracks (with Pipeline and the RMX tracks) then a second wave that includes Arcade GP tracks.
Here's my Mario Kart X Retro courses prediction
Shell Cup
- Wii Luigi Circuit
- SNES Choco Island 1
- U Toad Harbor
- N64 Wario Stadium
Banana Cup
- DS Yoshi Falls
- 3DS Wuhu Loop
- GBA Yoshi Desert
- Wii Toad's Factory

Shy guy baazar and daisy hills should come back
Personally, my very kingly, obviously accurately accurate MK9 retro predictions:
Shell Cup:
SNES Rainbow Road
Wii Luigi Circuit
DS Figure-8 Circuit
3DS TOAD CIRCUT BABYYYYYYY
Banana Cup:
N64 Choco Mountain
DS Mario Curcuit
Wii U Water Park
SNES Rainbow Road
3DS Luigi Circuit
Lightning Cup:
SNES Mario Circuit 1
Wii Rainbow Road
DS Yoshi Falls
DS Test Circle
KINGLY.
(Yes, this is obviously a joke)
What Nintendo should do for GBA rainbow road is replace the jump pads with ramps to trick off of.
2:41 Mario Kart DS & Mario Kart Tour
3:35 Mario Kart 7 & Mario Kart Tour
10:15 Mario Kart Wii
11:17 Mario Kart DS & Mario Kart Tour
For a track to return, has to have only been in one game (Tour might not count) only.
Here are 6 retro tracks from past Mario Kart game that could be in a hypothetical first wave of DLC for Mario Kart 9, dedicated to new city tracks, mainline game retros & some Tour retros:
-N64 Moo Moo Farm (it could be the starter track of the DLC and get a significant glow-up)
-RMX Vanilla Lake 2 (the best Tour RMX track, hands down)
-DS Delfino Square (it could maybe use a backwards lap, or even antigravity)
-Tour Warp Pipe Canyon (imagine if we could do loop-de-loops around the pipes with antigravity!)
-Wii U Dragon Driftway (it could use a glow-up based on the 4 elements)
-GBA Bowser Castle 4 (if it uses all the features added since Super Circuit, including gliders, antigravity, underwater driving, halfpipes, tricking, or maybe even changing laps, it may be the best Bowser Castle track ever, even outdoing N64 Bowser's Castle!)
YOU KNOW ITS GONNA BE A GOOD DAY WHEN ALBERT UPLOADS!!!!!!!!!
Here's My Predictions:

Wii U Sunshine Airport
N64 Banshee Boardwalk
DS Bowser Castle

Tracks that I really want to come back:
(FYI, I put at least 1 track from every non-arcade Mario Kart game here, and while I sorted them by game, they are in no particular order. And if there's an "*" next to the name, then I _REALLY_ want it.)
- SNES Ghost Valley 3
- N64 Wario Stadium
- N64 Banshee Boardwalk
- N64 Frappe Snowland
- N64 Bowser's Castle
- N64 DK's Jungle Parkway
- GBA Bowser Castle 4 *
- GBA Lakeside Park
- GBA Rainbow Road *
- GBA Sunset Wilds (Only If the sunset will be added)
- GBA Sky Garden* (Only if it's proper remake this time)
- GCN Mario Circuit
- GCN Rainbow Road *
- GCN Bowser's Castle *
- GCN Mushroom Bridge
- GCN Mushroom City *
- GCN Wario Colosseum *
- DS Delfino Square
- DS Airship Fortress * (If this one doesn't make it, I'm probably going to have to scream into a pillow. It's not my most requested course, but all of the other tracks I want have great alternatives.)
- DS Luigi's Mansion
- Wii Toad's Factory
- Wii Bowser's Castle*
- 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar*
- 3DS Wario Shipyard*
- 3DS Bowser's Castle
- WiiU Eletrodrome
- WiiU Cloudtop Cruise
- WiiU Shy Guy Falls
- (Tour) Pirahnna Plant Pipeline (Even if it is considered a nitro, which, I'm kind of hoping it is. It'll free up a retro slot for a big fan favorite.)
I really want DK's Jungle Parkway, it just has some good vibes. I thought the boat in the background would make for a good battle course.
IMO, Shy Guy Bazaar’s atmosphere and music are more fitting for a final track than a beginning track.
I remember when the KoopaCaptain made predictions for this game EIGHT YEARS AGO
I actually have had thoughts it'd be cool if they changed things to have 6 cups of nitro and retro to bring the Egg, Golden Dash, Super Bell and Spiny Cups with Egg being after Flower and Golden Dash right after as the intro to harder nitros (a literal harder Mushroom cup in a way) with Super Bell being after Leaf and Spiny being the final retro cup similar to the BCP
I hope for 48 tracks to start with instead of 32 or 40 tracks.
Finally some love for Banshee Boardwalk.
Where are 3ds Wario shipyard, Wii Bowsers castle, GCN Dino dino jungle, 3ds rainbow road and ds delfino squere?
Here are my selection. I went for 5 cups, and whatever is on parentheses is the "wonder effect" I think the course will have on the last lap (and if it's a section track, then every lap will change):
Shell Cup:
• GCN Luigi Circuit (rain)
• SNES Vanilla Lake (hail + snow man)
• NSW Sweet Sweet Canyon (flooding "water")
• 3DS Wuhu Loop (day➡️sunset➡️night)
Banana Cup:
• GCN Mushroom Bridge (angry Wigglers)
•DS Delfino Square (reverse)
• Wii Toad's Factory (crazy factory)
• GBA Bowser Castle (RMX➡️bc2➡️bc3)
Leaf Cup:
• 3DS Mario Circuit (Piranha Plant parade)
• SNES Ghost Valley 3 ("broken pier" lol)
• Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline (PP infestation)
• N64 Wario Stadium (normal➡️🤖➡️crazy🤖)
Bell Cup:
• Wii Dry Dry Ruins (night + Dry Bones)
• GCN Mushroom City (angry Wigglers again)
• DS Airship Fortress ("Shy Guy beach" lol)
• NSW Big Blue (water↓➡️water↑➡️water crazy)
Lightning Cup:
• Tour Bangkok Rush (reverse)
• N64 Jungle Parkway (it's raining bananas!)
• GCN Bowser's Castle (castle on drugs)
• GBA Rainbow Road (SkGrdn➡️BkPr➡️RnbRd)
13:34 my volume was up with earbuds im and my heart skipped a beat. Dang you, Boris.....
YO you finally uploaded!!
I miss you bro
Mushroom Cup:
1. Mario Circuit - For once, Mario Circuit is the introductory track, and isn’t too boring
2. Yoshi Forest - An enchanted forest with some interesting features
3. Baby Dollhouse - A giant dollhouse, or the players are super tiny
4. Falling Farm - A farm track in autumn
Flower Cup:
1. DK Canyon (2 laps) - Another DK course, only this one is a desert canyon, as well as possibly a snowy summit. Partly inspired by Zelda: Breath Of The Wild’s Gerudo Canyon and/or Highlands
2. Tumble Temple - A ruined temple that’s falling apart
3. Goomba Factory - A factory that creates Bowser’s enemies, such as goombas
4. Super Galaxy (3 sections) - Finally, a track based off the Super Mario Galaxy franchise, as fans have been begging for
Star Cup:
1. Giant Garden - A garden in a dome
2. Wild Wasteland - A giant desolate wasteland where civilization has once fallen into apocalypse. Like Bone Dry Dunes, but with former civilization also included instead of just desert itself
3. Waluigi Warehouse - Our third Waluigi track in the series, and a giant warehouse to race in
4. Koopa Troopa Cove (2 laps) - A pirate’s cove themed around koopas
Special Cup:
1. Ice Ice Tunnels (3 sections) - A track that mostly takes place inside ice caves and tunnels, then the ending of the track is exiting the cave before reaching the finish line
2. Mushroom Mountain - A much better version of Mushroom Gorge, not that it wasn’t good to begin with. More mushrooms to bounce on, higher difficulty, and far more intensified music
3. Bowser’s Castle - This one Bowser’s Castle track is shaped like Bowser’s face
4. Rainbow Road (2 laps) - Just another Rainbow Road, this one is connected to the surface (not accessible), and has more than just a rainbow road
Shell Cup:
1. N64 Luigi Raceway
2. DS Delfino Square
3. 3DS Shy Guy Bazaar
4. Wii Toad’s Factory
Banana Cup:
1. SNES Choco Island 1 (with a significant revamp)
2. U Sunshine Airport
3. N64 Frappe Snowland
4. DS Luigi’s Mansion
Leaf Cup:
1. DS DK Pass
2. GBA Cheep Cheep Island
3. SNES Mario Circuit 4 (with a significant revamp) (butcher it a little so it’s not as long)
4. GCN Wario Coliseum (2 laps)
Lightning Cup:
1. U Dragon Driftway
2. 3DS Maka Wuhu (3 sections)
3. GBA Bowser’s Castle 4 (2 laps)
4. GCN Rainbow Road (2 laps)
Bonus Cup 1:
1. Tour Ninja Hideaway
2. 3DS Mario Circuit
3. N64 Koopa Troopa Beach
4. U Thwomp Ruins
Bonus Cup 2:
1. Tour Squeaky Clean Sprint OR Merry Mountain
2. 3DS Wario Shipyard
3. GBA Lakeside Park
4. U Shy Guy Falls
Bonus Cup 3:
1. Tour Yoshi’s Island
2. Wii Dry Dry Ruins
3. GCN Mushroom City
4. DS Airship Fortress
Bonus Cup 4:
1. Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline
2. GCN Dino Dino Jungle
3. U Bowser’s Castle
Not even two minutes in and I can tell this is peak content😎
I hope Nintendo doesn’t use Mario kart 8 nitros as retros. I’m so tired of playing those tracks for 10 years.
Those are awesome predictions! I like all of the choices except DS Luigi's Mansion because I don't really like this track, but still, there are other tracks that are awesome!
Nice predictions!
If I could pick only 16 retros that never got remade or only got remade in tour, I’d pick:
Shell Cup:
Wii Luigi Circuit
GBA Cheep Cheep Island
Wii U Toad Harbor
Tour Sky-High Sundae
Banana Cup:
3DS Shy Guy Bazaar
Wii U Sunshine Airport
GCN Mushroom City
Wii Toad’s Factory
Leaf Cup:
GBA Broken Pier
SNES Mario Circuit 4
N64 Wario Stadium
DS Bowser Castle
Lightning Cup:
Wii U Cloudtop Cruise
Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline
3DS Maka Wuhu
GCN Rainbow Road
An interesting fact is that starting with Wii, the star cup finale from 2 games prior is the 3rd track of the lightning cup (dk mountain, airship fortress, grumble volcano), so I kinda hope the next mainline game continues that trend.
WERE GETTING OUT OF RAINBOW ROAD WITH THIS ONE 🗣️🗣️

I’d personally save Maka Wuhu, Luigi’s Mansion, and Airship Fortress for DLC since they would be a great way to market post game content. Loved your selections though!
Personally I think the next game is gonna 48 base tracks+16 DLC Tracks.
I also think that they’ll avoid remaking remakes for this next game (DLC is a different story)
Tbh I reckon the 5th retro and nitro cups will be the bell cup and egg cup
Also I randomly saw my switch name on one of the tracks lol
I really want Gba Rainbow Road. Juat imagine the glowup. I think there will be dlc with nitro tracks and retros
You already got one thing wrong, it won't be called Mario Kart X
It could be Mario kart X or Mario kart crossroads
@@USAICONICIAN29YT
The former presents a problem. One that would be FATAL to the series. A KRUSHING BLOW, you would say…
I think if Piranha Plant Pipeline is in the next Mario Kart game that it'll probably be saved for DLC
