I’m used to seeing an “Includes Promotion” TH-cam disclaimer/label for videos that include a product advertisement, so this surprised me. And for those that don’t want to watch the very long brain juice advertisement, the productivity tips begin at 07:40.
I was really impressed with your promotion Claire 👌 You came over really well and I could tell how important the ethical and eco etc side of the product is for you 😊😊
Many great tips Claire. :) Also I needed the reminder to not be too hard on myself when I don't get through everything I wanted. I think the "need" to go "all inn" and "show that I can" comes from trying "too hard" to actually just accomplish life. Ah the struggles of being late diagnosed. A lot to unpack around those feelings of being "good enough" and "productive enough". Another tip I can add: If you write down your todolist and like crossing things off, also have a "things I have completed/accomplished" list. And write down the things that are done. (as well as crossing them off the to do list). This makes it so you can look at your "done" list and that boost confidence. Because often times a todolist just continues to grow, even if you keep completing tasks. So my "done" list, helps me see how much I have done each day. :)
I have heard others call it "parallel play", when you are sharing space with someone, but not necessarily doing the same activity as them. 😊 Thanks for sharing your tips Claire! Side note: When you said that, to reward yourself after you finish cleaning a room, you like to... I was expecting to hear... hyper-focus on something in said room and create a new mess... 🤣
Great reminders! Thanks for trying the Magic Mind. I could definitely benefit from greater productivity…especially if a side effect is lovely curled hair. 😉😅.
I loved the curled hair joke. Any comment on the texture of the drink? I am very sensitive to new flavors and textures, but I have been curious about that product.
Hey Claire. Great review, and thank you for your video on getting more done... it's been hard for me tonget much done at all the last few weeks, the kittens have been up a lot at night and then sleeping on me and sending me to sleep once the kids have gone to school, partly insomnia involved on my part as well but they are too cute be wake them up when they are cosy and cuddly 😂. I watch your videos while I am in the kitchen getting the washing up done or washing our mountains of laundry, so thank you your video had helped me get something done before the kids come home yay... body doubling works for me when the kittens are not sleeping on me anyway 😂 Have a lovely and productive day. 😊
I noticed that the bit about background stimuli during productive tasks (circa 13:30) felt really natural in how it lists examples; that struck me as the opportune moment to slip in a brief product endorsement because it's casual and feels like an incidental afterthought rather than a sales pitch. (But I also admit I'm a less-is-more type; I prefer to research on my own time rather than sit through a presentation.) Come to think of it, what if you were to "sing" the product endorsement, like a TV commercial jingle? In mainstream media that feels disingenuous but in this case it's an authentic thing you do anyway so a brief 30-second singsong review would actually be "on-brand".
never heard of magic mind, but I will find out where you can get it in the uk. I like listening to music when doing things, also putting important thing on notes section on your phone helps. saves paper! Thank you for the tips.
Hi! I drink between 1-3 cups of coffee a day. I did drink this with coffee. I personally did not find that this gave me any jitters or made me feel over-caffeinated when I had it with my regular coffee habits. I hope this helps.
I know you need sponsorship but, this, really? Edit: I feel that sounded rather harsh. I’m sorry. I know you’re proud of getting these sponsorships and I’m sure the channel needs to pay it’s way. I wouldn’t normally have commented but this.. elixir? Just sounds so scammy. Sorry :)
I agree. Like most supplements this is unlikely to do anything beyond placebo. You've got to pay the bills though. Personally I don't hold TH-camrs, shows or celebrities to a high standard for product vetting. We all know they're getting paid to say good things about the product. That's how they can afford to keep the show going.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I did double check and the setting is on the video to show the disclaimer for sponsorships.
@@WoodshedTheory Thanks Claire. I just started the video again, and the label now appears. Must have been a TH-cam glitch.

“Day 3. As you can see, it’s curled my hair.” 😂😂😂
Great tips I definitely am a list maker. I rely heavily on them especially when an overload of tasks awairs me.

Hi Lisa I would say there is a tiniest amount of texture but to me it is filtered pretty smooth. The texture of a juice but not thick like a smoothie.

I bought a whiteboard in the summer that I've used quite a lot.
a whiteboard is a great idea!

I have very HIGH expectations of your Magic juice made from mushrooms! Lol 😆
It's not only MagicMind... it's MagicHair as well. How caffeinated did you feel when you were taking it? Like "a few cups in?"
