i just bot the bowflex adjustable dumbbells , i didnt see these until after i made my purchase, we'll so how good they are, but these do look pretty simple and very well made.
Sam you are the ripped! I have these and I absolutely love the quality and balance. They are the best feeling dumbbells I have ever held.even better than the ones in the gym. I also have the powerblocks which are also awesome. Those are my favorite dumbbells and the 2 best on the market.
Yeah I can well believe that they would stop the problems I have had over the years of loads of weights laying about and talking up pressures space brilliant :)
Planning to buy them, sir. Just worried about one thing: Don't you get tired of changing the weight again and again during your workout, for example, if you are doing drop sets?
Lee, Kettlebells are far from a "fad" and have been used in S&C routines for a long time let. They produce a functional workout versus a static bodybuilding style workout, it's merely something different and very effective.
The guy is a fucking steroid freak tool, he could care less about being functional or advocating it. You should see the video of him doing rows seated on the floor. He struggles to even get to a seated position. All that muscle and I guarantee I'd easily kick his ass, he's too damn stiff. I wish this fad of being a stiff muscle bound dude would die already, they're all useless human beings...
"They produce a functional workout versus a static bodybuilding style workout, it's merely something different and very effective." Bodybuilding..or lifting weights..is dynamic strength training where as holding your bodyweight or a weight locked in one position is static strength training. Kettlebels have some ok workout specificity..but they are antiquated.
@@multishit6664 kettlebells and dumbbells have different strengths and weaknesses. Try doing front squats, cleans or snatches with each and the kettlebells are superior. If you want to do isolated movements such as bicep curls, front/side/rear raises… dumbbells are the winner. For overhead presses kettlebells are hands down superior. Dumbbells encourage your hands to be wide like you’re pressing a barbell - which causes more strain to the shoulder joint whereas a kettlebell encourages something akin to an Arnold press but exaggerated while allowing a lower bottom position. Greater range of motion = bigger gains in strength and size while being easier on the joints. Barbells, dumbbells are kettlebells all excellent strength tools. BTW kettlebell people cringe when they look at CrossFitters do anything with a kettlebell.
I am not ashamed to say this: Lee Priest is a God, what a personality! Love His Australian accent! What a perfect body! He is so handsome & sexy, has beautiful hands, love to see Him with His painted fingernails!😍😍😍
there defo not "quick" lock dumbbells ....... If you need to twist the ends an add plates every time your doing sets ..... A lot quicker just picking up the other dumbbells from the rack ... Yeh space saver but defo not "quick"
You will love them mate. Had mine for 10 years now.
Had my Ironmaster dumbbells for a few years. They are rock solid unlike many other quick change all in one dumbbell.

These ironmasters are great.....I was at sick sporting goods an I demo the powerblock elite an I was amazed how fast it was to switch between weight
