Every time I watch Lee Priest lift I can't help but admire the precision and smoothness of his repetitions. That just sounded so gay.. But its so true!
I see problem when going heavy with using those stands, when your trying to twist them off the racks with your wrists unless you had Lee's forearms, also with the bench, Lee had to get another guy to look his feet in place so he didn't slide down.
@Al Strontium - I'm 3 years late responding to you here, but your wish was always true! Ironmaster IS an American company based out of Washington State. I've had the Ironmaster smith style machine for 26 years now.
I can see Lee doesn't use the adjustable seat when he's doing incline bench press, I am doing the same, the seat is quite uncomfortable because of the rectangular shape and always stays in 90 degrees angle. I need to get new model , there is different shape of the seat ;) the Ironmaster super bench is the best on the market, very stable plus all the attachments are just great.
Has lee ever used dumbell power hooks? people think they're for sissys, I think they're great once you get used to them. pretty much get the same pump without bumping them up off your legs.
The decline bench position is ridiculous. You have to be an acrobat to crawl up there and hook your feet in the right place before sliding down the bench or worse yet, falling off over the side of the bench on your head, even with these Ironmaster dumbbell holders. I have had this bench for about 10 years now and it's good for many things, but decline bench it is not. It's hard to find a decline bench exercise without having a real traditional olympic bench press setup.
That may be the stupidest piece of equipment I’ve ever seen. I’m sure lee thought the same. It looks so awkward. Especially after training for years without something stupid like that. It takes longer to load and unload the damn thing than the entire training session.
Maybe it's right it's not design for everybody but I'm sure some will use it..different people different tools...I wouldn't say it's a stupid piece of equipment...When you press heavy its great as you don't have to waste your energy bringing the dumbbells up.Not mentioning it's easy to get an injury by doing so...I built my own system when pressing incline and doing bench press dumbbells...Its worth it when pressing 60/70 kg dumbbells..of course if you pressing only 10 kg there is no need..:)
franck the tank Perhaps. It seems to me like it would be great for solo training. Say you’re lifting alone and don’t have a lifting partner to serve you up, that’s where a device such as a Stanchion would come in handy. And I honestly can’t say I’ve ever pressed 60/70 kilo dumbbells either. Maybe 40-45k, but not 60-70. I can see it getting pretty awkward and taxing on the joints @ 100lbs and up.
@@nickycritic5269 yes I agree ,,,When lifting alone it's pretty hard to lift these dumbells up...At home I'm always training alone and I can only lift 46 kg dumbells up. Heavier than that there is no way i can lift them without bruises on my thighs big time...I built a system with my rack and I can have the dumbells slightly behind on top and i can lift much heavier but I still prefer to use a barbell when pushing heavier...
That form is truly something beautiful
Wow, I love that idea of racks to lift off and set the Dumbbells back onto. Another great innovation Sam!
i know and thats why they are already invented
Dick Johnston would help a lot for decline
Every exercise & every rep to perfection
Ladies and gentlemen...The KING OF FORM!...

So gay ?what 's got to do with being gay? He's training like a bodybuilder suppose to train..perfectly...That it
Thanks for the vid. Awesome to see Lee in action again.
Awesome. Lee's the man. Hope he's at the FIBO again this year.
Looks like a decent setup, Sam. Lee looks like he's able to bet them off and on the spotting stands relatively easy.
THAT FORM THO!!!!!!

This is great can it be adjusted for decline bench
Is grip length of the IM Dumbbells too long? I wonder if the new heavy handle kit solves this?
it does solve it
Best form ever.....
I really want those, convenient and easy storage
BEAST!!!
What are those things called that hold the dumbbells? I really like that.
BadMannerKorea Dumbbell holders.
Yea own those dumbbells
i think he knows what he's doing
I really like that incline bench design. Wish we had equipment like that in America. None of that life fitness bullshit

There's also a method called lemonparty you should google it, has its own website too!
I contemplated Getting these but I can imagine myself only using them for decline process if I’m honest.
That would be great to have in the house
LOL

I love you Lee. I also sell fitness equipment. But no way that is a good starting or finishing position. Thumbs down.

Lee never had a good chest, many amateurs having better chest than him.
May be you haven't seen him in person. His chest huge, but it's overshadowed by his massive shoulders and arms. They're abnormally big for his body
Quick conclusions about Lee's chest...Did you meet him face to chest? How's your chest going?
N"1..LEE. P.
Nice
