It sounds obvious, but for people who do multiple different tasks, you can loadout different pouches and easily slip them on and off without any trouble.
I have a crook back from a car prang years ago, and use the signature belt which is a bit wider than the standard one...that does kink, but primarily because I'm a skinny build, and if I wear it high the bottom of the rear under the harness point does tend to blouse out. However, I haven't had any issues with that, as the entire inner belt along the length of the actual attachment belt is heavily padded with felt, and I don't notice it. If I didn't cinch it tight, it wouldn't blouse out.
Congrats on starting man! First years always the hardest, but just push through the bad days and you’ll love it! I’m sure the people you’re working for will teach you everything you need to know! Good luck!
Get quality branded tools and only the best. Don’t bother trying to get tools cheaper etc. you’ll buy twice and waste a lot of money. Get your batteries and battery tools on one platform. Makita I recommend. Work hard. Walk at pace and always be thinking this, “how can I make the job easier for the boss or who I’m working with”. Too many young fullas these days are useless. Don’t be that guy, good luck young fulla.

Very popular bag in the States is Occidental, which doesn't wear out so fast.
Do your suspenders make your belt kink in the back ?
