thats 360. 720 would be 2 twists

It’s weird the backflip actually counts as an off access 360 so it’s a 720 of access on a cork access. Ya it’s confusing

That’s a full 360
720 is two twists and a cork is a full on one leg

one year late but it is two twists + a cork is on two legs on tramp and skiing but on parkouring it is one leg

Really practice jumping to your back and after that, make sure you just practice back rolls where you roll over your back shoulder. After that just add the bounce and then keep going until you can flip over 👍🏻

@@flipinglooser a back full and cork 7 are completely different a back full is doing a back flip and during that flib doing a full spin/360 a cork 7 is an off axis 720/ 2 full spins
in an ideal cork 7 you dont go over your head where as in a backflip you do
