Really practice jumping to your back and after that, make sure you just practice back rolls where you roll over your back shoulder. After that just add the bounce and then keep going until you can flip over 👍🏻

Ok the thing is Ik how to do a backflip but my trampoline isn’t that bouncy and I can’t get a good one

@@flipinglooser a back full and cork 7 are completely different a back full is doing a back flip and during that flib doing a full spin/360 a cork 7 is an off axis 720/ 2 full spins in an ideal cork 7 you dont go over your head where as in a backflip you do

this guy threw his very corked more over his head when on skid you cork less over your head
