I stopped trampoline a year ago and I was way to scared to do any tricks. My friend (who has a trampoline) invited me and he told me to do a backflip. Too easy, first try, then I saw this video, I wanted to get my cork 9 back and landed it first try, Ty so much(ik I am bad at English, I’m French

yo the gymnasts at my gym who do huge quint and more corkscrews told me to learn the backfull, front full and lock in the basics (backflips, fronflips, 720s) before trying this type of cork.
Yeah it's not bad advice at all, I think it will help you in the long run!

I tried these today but I keep setting too backflippy and then my legs just kinda wiggle and I end up doing a cork 5 kinda thing. I know I have to set more sideways and less back but any tips

I wanted to ask if a regular circular trampoline would be appropriate for learning how to do the cork 7 and really any other trick. Thank u sm :))
You’ll be fine but when you start throwing bigger stuff you want a proper tramp

I was trying to learn a full and did cork 7s instead
this helped alot, just stomped them on the garden tramp for the first time

What size is your tramp? Any recs on what you'd buy now or anything you've learned from using other tramps? Want to buy a bigger one but don't want to get one that doesn't work well enough since they get a but spendy
Yeah its a rebound tramp, it's perfect but expensive
What is the difference between the cork and rodeo axis?
Cork you set backwards, rodeo you dive forward more (quick version) if you want more help man just message me on IG
