Welcome to my Kitchen! I'm Leigh Anne, the mother of four adult children and my husband and I are now empty nesters. I know the challenges of learning to cook for just the 2 of you, it feels like learning to cook all over again! After the kids left home, I found that I stopped making a lot of our family's favorite dishes and treats because those recipes just made too much food and I was tempted to eat too much!
On this channel, I invite you into my kitchen each week where we learn how to make small batch recipes with big taste. You can still enjoy all those family favorite recipes, just less of it!I look forward to meeting you in the kitchen each week with a new recipe and video.
You can find all my recipes on my website at www.yourhomebasedmom.com.#smallbatchrecipes #cookingfortwo #smallbatchcooking

So glad you enjoyed it!!
I made this for my family this week and it was incredible! I am already planning to make it for more family members this Sunday! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe--and really, no matter what you call it, crumble, cobbler or crisp, It's delicious!!
Thanks and I feel the same - just call it delicious!!

Wow! Looks delicious! Can't wait to make this recipe!! Love ur small batch recipes!! 👍
Hope you love as much as we do - thanks for following along!
The buckle is dough on top. A true cobbler is dough on bottom but in any case all is delicious 👍and everyone should peel peaches this way. It comes from our mothers and grandmothers as they had no fast convenience foods in their day everything was time consuming. I use a 1/2 tsp ginger as it goes so well with cinnamon and peaches😊
perfect. will be making this very soon!
Enjoy!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you 🎉
Thank you for following along!
Amazing video!!!! Does anything happen if i don't use baking powder??

🤎Used to make this 2 big trays for 100.+ portions when worked in the resthome.
👨🦽👩🦯👩🦽🏃♀️🧑🦽👨🦯The elderly love this...
Cobblers are the best!!
I love this recipe, but was wondering what is the calorie count for one? I really love that your recipes have this feature, but not all of them do. Thanks for doing these recipes. D.
I'm sorry I don't know the calorie county but you could probably google and fine a website that would figure it out for you.
I like your videos but I was looking for a cobbler; crust on bottom and layers of fruit and dough with top crust.
Sounds like you are looking for. Peach pie recipe you could put a pastry crust on the bottom of this , add the fruit and top with another pastry crust
I wish your recipes were printable!
I wish they were too! Please talk to you tube about that for me!!!

@@LeighAnneWilkes …. So looking forward to trying. Thank you for taking time and sharing your awesome recipes with us.
I used the small single serving containers of peaches, drained them, used your topping and it was wonderful.
So glad you enjoyed it!
my peach cobbler came out like dough what should i do?
DId you cook your peaches first, they. need to be hot before you put the topping on.
Thank you so much for this recipe!!
Hope you enjoy
So I think we’re calling this a Peach Cribbler, right?
Yes - I love it!!
I'm primarily homebound due to my disability, and due to my limited income I can't afford alot of fresh fruit & veg so I need to use canned most of the time. Is there a way to make this with canned peaches?
I have never made it with canned peaches but I think it would work. Cooking time may be a bit shorter. Enjoy!
@@LeighAnneWilkes - I just had a thought... maybe I could use frozen peaches instead of canned. Thaw them out the night before & prepare it that way. I do use frozen veg over canned cos they taste so much better. That's what gave me the idea of frozen fruit (peaches).
It's a peach crisp. Not crumble or cobbler...
I actually talk about this in the video
I bet she is Texan !!
nope! Grew up in the midwest!
Can you make this with gluten free flour?
sure, if you have a gluten free flour you like, give it a try!
Great recipe .... thank you
Thanks for following along!
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for following along and enjoy!
Please make the recipe to print easier this is complicated.
Unfortunately You Tube does not provide a way for recipes to printed directly from You Tube. The best you can do is copy and paste into a word document and print from there.
I love you copper pans!
Thank you - so do I! I got them in Paris!
👍🏼
thanks
This is more of a crumble vs a cobbler.
I actually discuss it in the video
