I LOVE your videos …My husband and I are fairly new empty nesters and I could not figure out how to reduce my recipies…He likes a little sweet on the weekends but not an entire cake or batch of cookies that he and I both don’t need to eat🥰…I have also given your info to some of our Pts trying to have more portion control 👍

Trader Joe’s used to have the most delicious crust because it had butter. It’s now close to regular grocery store garbage with its palm oil. I am so disappointed

I like potatoes in my pot pies, so I use 1 russet potato along with a cup of frozen mixed vegetables.

Where do you get all you baking dishes?
Lots of different places. One of my favorite small baking dishes is from Ikea. Quite a few were from Amazon.

It depends on how big of an eater you are - it can easily feed 2-4 people depending on how hungry they are
