Do you have a favorite not-technically-a-cobbler recipe? If you want to see more peachy recipes from The Peach Truck then check this out: th-cam.com/video/skCGdXrMDHc/w-d-xo.html

Great vid, Lisa and Doug!! I would just gather the kids and keep the video rolling, then eat the whole thing while telling the kids how good it is without sharing. Don't forget the ice cream.

I had to smash the like button after the "don't worry about these because they're someone else's peach pits" comment! GOLDEN. I absolutely love your channel!

Really good video. Very surprised you have not gotten more subs. You deserve more. Good explanations, directions and chemistry.

Great video. I just split my 25lb haul with a friend. Planned on a cobbler, but after seeing this I’m thinking about a buckle. Maybe with ginger instead of cinnamon? Hmmmm.

Another warm spice that can go with cinnamon and/or nutmeg is ground cardamom.

That would be delicious! I don’t know if I’ve ever put cardamom with peaches before, but I’m willing to try it!

@@LisaCooksFood I actually made the buckle version about 5 days ago. I added all three spices into the batter. I was given A BIG thumbs up from my wife. The joke with our family is, if they really like a recipe, it always requires [more practice]! 😉😉😉
I also made hot cross buns at Easter, added cardamom to that and it was a big success!😊😊
