Great video. I just split my 25lb haul with a friend. Planned on a cobbler, but after seeing this I’m thinking about a buckle. Maybe with ginger instead of cinnamon? Hmmmm.
@@LisaCooksFood I actually made the buckle version about 5 days ago. I added all three spices into the batter. I was given A BIG thumbs up from my wife. The joke with our family is, if they really like a recipe, it always requires [more practice]! 😉😉😉 I also made hot cross buns at Easter, added cardamom to that and it was a big success!😊😊

Another warm spice that can go with cinnamon and/or nutmeg is ground cardamom.
That would be delicious! I don’t know if I’ve ever put cardamom with peaches before, but I’m willing to try it!
