- Residents of Gardenia Glory in Noida Sector 46 are struggling to get their flats registered with the Noida Authority. "Despite handing over the flats to homebuyers. There are dues on the builder's part, around Rs 650 crore. And the builder is not paying for this land due to the Noida Authority. This is why, not a single registry has been executed to date," said Kailash Pandey, a homebuyer at Gardenia Glory.

Govt. have to look into the matter and solve the problem asap.
They can’t builder have to pay the dues of authority and politicians already took their cut when they allotted land to builder way back in 2008/09.

It's a shame government is not taking any action. Noida authority and builders have made fool out of buyers. Noida authority seems to be against home buyers only why support such a government or government body.

The court has already intervened and yet people have been crying to get possession.. forget registry.. we have one flat booked too there
Many builders are working under the 'Chanda do Thanda lo' scheme. The government only listens to builders, who will oversee the registration process? sub se curupt government hai sirf jhoot bolna and nafrat phulana Jan ti hai
how no voting will help? If you dont vote also MP will be choosed anyway. Voting matters
Why buy a flat or any house built by builders? Buy a land and build your own house?
Noida is a big mess, sab lease based.
