Gore is New York's best mountain for skiers! Snowboarders may differ. The mountain does an excellent job of spreading out crowds. I've been five times so far this year and the mountain is less than half open (due to weather) and hosting the college games. Had an excellent time all five!

Its definately not best for snowboarders, they hate the flat section half way up. But yeah i agree, its awesome
