This episode has to be in like my Top 3 favorite Attack On Titan episodes. Mikasa's sheer will and fanatic determination to get Eren back and her talk with Historia "I'm all out of time and room in my heart to care" hits so hard. The fact that its once again implied that there's more going on forcing Berthold, Reiner and Annie to be doing this. And of course the absolute Chad himself: Command Erwin. Even now, years later i still get chills seeing him yell "ADVANCE!" while being dragged away by a Titan. That has to be my one of my top 5 favorite moments in the series. To this day i always rewind that part a few times when i watch this episode.

Like Ymir was kidnapting her and sayin like "im only using u to save myself cuz your family is important😢" and she is like "whatever girl, im always gonna be your ally❤ no matter if whats wating for is horrific or if you are doing something really bad... who cares" (for me that is something that you only can say if you are crazy in love or if you trust TOO MUCH in someone😂) Cuties❤😂

no one gets this when bertholdt said "someone find us" meaning he wanted some to know them that they are the invaders or someone expose them for what they are...coz guilt was eating them, they couldn't bare the feeling of them being treated a friend by their victims...someone find us means someone expose them coz the longer it takes the harder they felt coz they are being treated as real friends that is why also rainer had a split personality coz he wanted to be with them....

I don’t want to do this, but I have to because someone has to, even with blood on their hands (to achieve the goal / for greater good).” It is in this very sense that this scene is recalled in future episode.

I've heard it described as a Japanese phrase meaning something like "God help us", but specifically in a way that is requesting penance/punishment for one's own sins. Edit: Can't find anything backing this up online. Might have just been some misinformation floating around.
To be precise, He said the exact words "dareka bokura wo mitsuketekure" which means - "someone please find/discover/locate/identify/recognise/notice us (our trueselves)" So it's means"please discover our trueselves" as they themselves are lost

The only explanation I found that *somewhat* makes sense to me is that when he said it, he was speaking to/wishing the people from their hometown will find them and save them right then and there. But the context in which it is said makes it sound more like he is speaking to anyone in general to find them. maybe even having something to do with the paths.. but nothing ever happens with it. It makes me feel like this line is an artifact from writing the story that was forgotten or never fully flashed out which is weird as it is pretty damn memorable.
