Personally I'd vote to skip the 3x12 post credit scene. It was meant as a teaser when there was gonna be a long pause between the different parts of the season and in my opinion it's a bit too spoilery when you're watching the series together like this and when you're so good at analyzing as Haylo and Kiss are! Honestly though I wouldn't mind either way, it's not that big of a deal but still :)

A lot of people was like "haha Eren rejecting Mikasa lol". But for me, it always was the complete opposite. Mikasa just gave up and decided to pretty much confess to him before they died and even go for a kiss(?). But to Eren's eyes, just sitting ther and accepting Mikasa's words and the kiss is just accepting surrender and he's just like nah we fightin'. The scarf has always been a symbol of the love and care they have for each other from the moment they met. And people not aknowledging all the little things Eren does and says here and there (let's face it though, he is not very expressive) makes it seem like that love is very onesided. But in this very moment Eren choosing to fight while saying he will put Mikasa the scarf as many times as she wants is just a very obvious way of expressing some feelings towards her, whatever those are. At least that's always been my interpretation of the whole situation
I'm quite sure that Isayama confirmed they are suposed to kiss in that scene, but he decided not to show it because he was shy that he couldn't draw it properly. spoilers ahead: that's why we got the kiss in the last season, even tho not ideal, Isayama wanted to show that kiss from season 2.

"My emotions are confuse" --> are the best line to describe this episode!! Desperate, happy, sad, moved, excitement, breakdown etc you name it, all of the emotions poured into this one episode hahahha

It's so full of mystery from start to finish and introduces so many of the important world building moments you need to start putting the pieces together. If you're paying very close attention you could actually figure out a number of big things that aren't directly revealed until later on in season 3
It's not Hannes who is so strong, it's the Titans who are light. In the first season, Hange explained the strange nature of the titans, that despite their size they are surprisingly light.

Eren couldnt transform to kill the titan because he hadnt fully healed. Reiner stated earlier that his body was too busy focusing on recovery, and by that time his fingers werent healed yet, so he couldnt transform as much as he wanted to
This episode is the pinnacle of the word hope, for the first time we actually think we have a chance to win for once and in my opinion this a top 3 moments in the entire series, the scenery, the music, the dialogue, the scarf this episode is fukin peak and it’s one of my favorite anime episodes OF ALL TIME 🐐💯

yes, the writers of this show are not afraid to kill any character, it's the first time i saw a show like this, and honestly, the boldness and the way this show tries new things without being afraid of the results is what makes it the best show in existence.
ABSOLUTELY love the details that you both catch🤩🤩🤩 Idk if you've already been told this But.. The Eren Mikasa scene is so significant. and yes you are right about the "Eren loves Mikasa back" point. If you watch that scene again you'll notice Mikasa approaching to kiss Eren, while thanking him for protecting her, wrapping the scarf around her, etc. But here Mikasa actually thought they were all gonna die and she had given up, thats why she wanted to confess her feelings to Eren before they die and went to kiss him as goodbye BUT Eren Backed off and rejected the kiss, not because he doesn't love her but because he hadn't given up yet, that's why he said that he'll wrap the scarf around her as many times as she wants hence confessing his love towards her .
Season 2 is still a very very special season for me. Its so well crafted it has so many of the reoccurring themes of the entire show so deeply woven into its fabric. Hannes, death effected me greatly he was such an inspiring character of doing whats right to get such a horrific end. Erwin showing his true value to humanity and how its a little scary just like Eren. He's what humanity needs but maybe not necessarily a "good" need (remmeber Armins words on good and bad here). But the pinnacle for me is the cyclic nature of love and hate. Now this is a little buried behind spoilers but it's definitely relevant. The reason these events are happening is due to hate, but somehow admist the heat of battle you find love between characters. Eren for Mikasa and Ymir for Historia are beacons of human light that really shine through the despair. "Love someone within the walls, it you cant we will repeat the same mistakes over and over." I cant wait until you know the truth girls. You two are amazing.

Hannes didn’t deserve to die so brutally like that, all he wanted was to rectify his past mistake and kill the same Titan that ate Eren’s Mom so that she could rest in peace and so that both Hannes and Eren could finally move on. It was a hard watch then and it still is now…
In this episode we see the talent of the voice actors, especially the VA for Eren and Erwin. Also, it's in this "final" moment that we finally get to see Mikasa's confession to Eren. And as a bonus, we know now that it is John Lennon who is hiding in the nape of the Beast Titan. 😅
You got to remember, in this season the hole they were searching in the walls was in the 2nd wall from the center, there's another, broken wall beyond that: the third, outer wall is the one that got destroyed in episode 1. Since episode 2 all of humanity lives within the 2 first walls, everything outside the 2nd wall (where the battle with Armor Titan, Female Titan in S1 and also where Eren's house is) is titan territory now, because for years titans have been spilling in from the hole in the 3rd wall.

Man, I really wish I could just answer all their questions. But they are taking notes so they'll remember this scene when it's finally explained how Eren commanded the titans to eat the one that ate his mom.
In this episode some scenes from manga were cut off, i think they answered some deep questions and thats why they cut it off from the show cause it answered a lot ;-; what the scenes contained (maybe spoilers) . . . . . . . U can probably look this up your self (be careful of other extra spoilers tho). But it was a talk between erwin, levi, hange (this last seen only just extended) Someone asks if titans are humans then why didnt we find it out by cutting their necks where eren and other inteligent titans real body is present. Hange says we did try cutting their necks but could not find anything. Although she measured the size of area behind the neck which when cut the titan would die, it was exactly equal to the nervous system of humans (with brain and nerves). There is more but this was basically titan body anatomy lol..
I just seen a reaction to 2x06 of some other reactors, 69k of views, that's a lot, yet they even didn't notice «I'm armored and he's colossal» - they didn't even read, were not understanding what's happening, were not interested in the conversation, and only 10 minutes after this confession, they were finally surprised: «wait he's colossal?» This, in comparison, makes so much appreciation to reactors like Haylo and Kiss - who actually pay attention to everything. And it's so much pleasure to hear native English comparing to all the numerous non-native AoT reactors who only know two words: «what?» and «shit!». And worse, some watch with English dub 🤦♂🤦♂ Native japanese voice + proper eng sub + native speaker reactors + some attention = best reaction content here.

The great thing is, even though it gets more complicated in the end everything made sense. Only very few shows achieve this kind of closure.
Hannes didn’t deserve to die so brutally like that, all he wanted was to rectify his past mistake and kill the same Titan that ate Eren’s Mom so that she could rest in peace and so that both Hannes and Eren could finally move on. It was a hard watch then and it still is now…

Just finished AoT from watching along with yall then blizted off alone. Season 2 and 3 are so peak
In this episode we see the talent of the voice actors, especially the VA for Eren and Erwin. Also, it's in this "final" moment that we finally get to see Mikasa's confession to Eren.
And as a bonus, we know now that it is John Lennon who is hiding in the nape of the Beast Titan. 😅
You got to remember, in this season the hole they were searching in the walls was in the 2nd wall from the center, there's another, broken wall beyond that: the third, outer wall is the one that got destroyed in episode 1. Since episode 2 all of humanity lives within the 2 first walls, everything outside the 2nd wall (where the battle with Armor Titan, Female Titan in S1 and also where Eren's house is) is titan territory now, because for years titans have been spilling in from the hole in the 3rd wall.
AoT gives you emotions nothing else can give you. The world needs to watch this anime

Someone asks if titans are humans then why didnt we find it out by cutting their necks where eren and other inteligent titans real body is present.
Hange says we did try cutting their necks but could not find anything. Although she measured the size of area behind the neck which when cut the titan would die, it was exactly equal to the nervous system of humans (with brain and nerves).
There is more but this was basically titan body anatomy lol..

I just seen a reaction to 2x06 of some other reactors, 69k of views, that's a lot, yet they even didn't notice «I'm armored and he's colossal» - they didn't even read, were not understanding what's happening, were not interested in the conversation, and only 10 minutes after this confession, they were finally surprised: «wait he's colossal?»
This, in comparison, makes so much appreciation to reactors like Haylo and Kiss - who actually pay attention to everything. And it's so much pleasure to hear native English comparing to all the numerous non-native AoT reactors who only know two words: «what?» and «shit!». And worse, some watch with English dub 🤦♂🤦♂
Native japanese voice + proper eng sub + native speaker reactors + some attention = best reaction content here.
Patience... all the answers, even to the questions you haven't even asked, will come.
