Exporting DICOM Data from a Sirona CBCT (Sidexis, Galileos, Dolphin software)

Many people think the only way to export a CBCT scan using the Galileos software is to export a Galileos Viewer. This video shows how to export the image in DICOM format. See instructions here:

Is there a way to convert the .GWG format obtained from a GV CD into DICOM or anything more usable? In fact, what I actually need is finally importing it into ICAT Vision software. (and yes, if the method involves writing some custom software it is still acceptable).

I don't think there is, but this would be really useful if possible I often get such disks and I want the dicom to be able to open in the viewer I prefer to use. Good question for a Sirona rep.
