I am glad you guys created this segment about how to find the best short-term rental in Bangkok. You have provided very good information for your audience to use. For me, i prefer the Rhythm condo because of the space.
Did you find any with good co-working spaces? Ie. With proper desk chairs? I'm looking for somewhere where i could work comfortably in the building without having to work from my apartment
We didn’t find a building that had it (there are buildings that have it) but in Bangkok there are also many co working places where you can rent daily/weekly/monthly/yearly! Even places that ask you to buy food/drink for a certain amount and you can stay all day. Good luck in your search 😀
Sometimes in Thailand you get a great apartment for a price that’s below market price for that building or area. It could be your lucky day but in most cases there are underlying problems or issues and that brings the price down. So always keep your eyes open and ask a lot of questions 😉
Sure thing! And there is a budget for everyone, would definitely recommend doing that! Going more to the outside of Bangkok that’s where it gets much cheaper.
how it the Noble Recall ? is it nice ? im coming to bkk this December 2024 and i want to rent 3 months and can i take over your rental if you are leaving ? everything can be negotiate 😂. do you have a personal rental / mgmt ithat i can chat online ( line id # ? ) thanks
Hey Noble Recole is a great place, we left already so no takeover possible anymore! But yes everything is negotiable for sure and we recommend doing it. We used Beyond Horizon a company that helped us a lot! Sadly our rental agent stopped working during our stay but we can recommend the company for sure.
So short term renting does effect the price, makes it higher but the price they ask is never ever the final price! Always negotiate on price you can easily take 10-20% off and sometimes more. Having said that, we do see a change in the current market as many apartments become more and more expensive.
Hi guys, many thanks for this interesting video. Pls be so kind and provide the name of the agent who showed you the units and advise how much are the fees are for their service. Many thanks
Hello! Sadly our agent that worked for Beyond Horizon quit during our stay so we can’t help you there but using an agent in Thailand doesn’t cost you any money. They earn commission based on what they rent out for the owner, so you never have to pay them.
Greate video, good detailed information. However, your idea of luxury is very disappointing.... I get that It's more expensive to live in Bangkok, and to live closer to the BTS. Maybe you could get away with reasonable living accommodations in the title.
The first and biggest mistake you made was you didn’t have a native person helping you. The first thing most expats will tell you is have a native person helping you or even rent for you because natives get lower prices on average.

Thank you for your nice comment! We did like that condo, sadly it was only available for a year.

@yesandexplore Great thank you, I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
What do you mean by price is too good to be true for one of those condos? 🤔

Bye the way unit in the Rythm ; It was a washer&dryer the washing machine ;-)
🙏
All of these are more than I’d want to spend in Bangkok. I’ve seen other videos with condos for half the price

Very Nice video. Good info 👍
Thanks!! We are very excited to share our search 😀
@@yesandexplore difficult to choose. Think you made a good choice.
I would have chose the same one
I'm interested in the last cando as well ! who did you contact to get viewing information ?
Ok good news and bad news! Our agent we used from the company Beyond Horizon stopped working there but you could still contact them directly 😃
@@yesandexploreDo you have their website link or office phone number? I was looking to rent for about three months also.
The prices are quite high, was this because of your short term rent? Or were these the "standard" prices?

Is that a cockroach 9:21 ? Lol, we had our Rhythm condo landlord hire a bug exterminator...
Oh yes it was 😭

@@yesandexplore Many thanks guys. This is an interesting details. So wish us luck in October while we will check out the first appartments ;-)
Can you pls share the AGENT ( NOT THE PERSON, THE COMPANY ) DETAILS ?
Yes we used Beyond Horizon! Great company would definitely recommend 😉

None of these condos fit the classification of "luxury" for Bangkok. These are more in the lower-midrange market targeted at digital vagabonds.
Agreed. Mid range at best...
Luxury compared to other brutal western world condos.... I'd live in one of these for the rest of my life lol
Damn🤣
The first and biggest mistake you made was you didn’t have a native person helping you. The first thing most expats will tell you is have a native person helping you or even rent for you because natives get lower prices on average.
These are the opposite of luxury.
i wouldnt live in any of those
every one of these is over priced to compared to other videos...
Depends on what videos you watch and never forget there is no final price in Thailand everything is negotiable 😉
There all overpriced
