- At this rate we're going to go broke...Have you ever spent a whole day cutting down some trees for nothing? Join me...as I cut down some trees for...yep, that's it. But honestly...I love this map and I had a great time in this episode and i hope we don't go broke so I can keep loving the map :)

Starting loan balance and term - $1,200,000 to be paid over 8 years at 3.5%
Monthly payment - $15,000 (approx)
I am starting with a farm and some land and also approx $150K in cash that I had from Ireland.
Leasing - allowed
Fermenting silos are forbidden in this region.
If a production exists on the map it must be bought and activated before I can consider putting up a production. If I sell the map production, I must get rid of my placed production.
If a sell point exist on the map I may not add an additional sell point.
No super strength.
Autoload can be used for productions only, not for picking up bales or trees.

I like the Ford 😊 You sure have a battle on your hands. Perhaps you need to slow down to times 1 in order to give yourself as much time as possible to make a few Euros? Do you use the extended work lights mod? It might be useful for getting in as many contracts as you can in a day. Man, Erik, you make me nervous about how tough you've made things for yourself in this series. I will still keep watching though, your channel is one of my favourites 😊
Hey man thanks as always! I’m hoping to take be able to go thru some dark financial times in this one….it will make the good times so much better but it’s a tough one to estimate. Hope I don’t tip it too far into the red and have to sell a field or some feet pics or something, lol.
If anyone ever complains about using palletforks for trees/logs again, show them today's video of the YT channel of Farmer's POV. At about 45 seconds in he's doing exactly that.

Have you seen the new mod "Tatra Phoenix Crusher Pack", its like a new toy that wants to be played with. So this map has that leather in a library smell, its a good smell with lots of history. lol
I can picture it, the leather/library smell….it certainly does.

so i still have a little bit to go of the video.. but the road ways are free... so you can put that in your story, as some sort of you speak to the county or something like that... and also i would wait with ploughing up the grass to the winter.. because in the winter grass does not grow anyway... aaaaannddd also the thing with lime is you have not yet scanned the fields so maybe thats why you use so less.....
also the plough is maybe set on the wrong width thats why you leave ground untouched...
and maybe go and watch your settings on the months maybe you didnt set it on 2 day months...?
Hey yeah, I realized afterwards that you can own the roads on this map for $0….i thought I had checked that earlier but I guess not 😀
Good call on ploughing the grass off-season….if plowed now I could lose some potential mowing time….
