Episode 2 is a casual day on the farm....New equipment shows up and grass work is getting done. It's a pleasure to mow these fields!

Starting loan balance and term - $1,200,000 to be paid over 8 years at 3.5%
Monthly payment - $15,000 (approx)
I am starting with a farm and some land and also approx $150K in cash that I had from Ireland.
Leasing - allowed
Fermenting silos are forbidden in this region.
If a production exists on the map it must be bought and activated before I can consider putting up a production. If I sell the map production, I must get rid of my placed production.
If a sell point exist on the map I may not add an additional sell point.
No super strength.
Autoload can be used for productions only, not for picking up bales or trees.
These rules/restrictions may be updated from time-to-time.

Those bunkers are build to be filled up from the back...dropping the chaff and making the pile from the back to the entrance of the bunker.

….looking at the planting calendar sorghum would be ready to harvest at the time wheat needs to be planted….is that why you were suggesting it? I always forget about sorghum for some reason.

since your in france, how about a vineyard and a winery? it would be cool to learn more about those how to make those manageble since i usually use the in my opinion cheaty greenhouses😅

That’s actually a great idea. I think this first year is going to be a bit of a struggle as we try to get ourselves up and running but for future plans I think that would be pretty cool. From what I understand it could also be pretty painful, but definitely suits the area, lol. Not to mention after hard farming, I could just dive into my own vat of Vino!

Hey thank you sir! I'll have to go check out that tutorial...I've decided to try and limit my worker use for now, or I'll be broke, but it's not something I'll be doing forever.
