They serve with that obvious fake smile or bored/uninterested look and tone. Maybe I get treated differently because I'm obviously foreign and ik a lot of locals hate tourists or maybe they just hate their job.
The Dutch are pretty nice tho so I'll give them that. But everywhere else I've been to was just full of fake smiles and "I don't wanna be here" vibes.
