The tuna has lots of salt, the Parmesan cheese has lots of salt, the soy sauce has lots of salt, the only ingredient she used that didnt have extra salt is the cabbage and then she added more salt on top😭

I once moved into a new house right before there was a massive blizzard in the area that shut all the stores down and trapped me in my house for weeks. I had never been through anything like that before and I didn't take it seriously enough when my neighbors told me I'd better stock up before it hit. This is the kind of thing I wound up eating toward the end.
Despite her finally eating some veg, I'm still worried. She seriously needs to learn how to cook.

Cabbage is pretty mild. It's not like it's arugula or anything.
Personally I can't stand the flavor of pure lettuce. It tastes like paper, but worse. I have to bite it alongside other foods like rice and beans, or a piece of meat.
Secret : Use the greener, softer leaves. Only the white, tougher, inner leaves are disgusting when raw.
Cabbage taste like nothing, and it’s very oftenly used in Japanese Katsu set menu, usually we drench it with sauce to make it less bland.
Eh, what? Cabbage is a normal food enjoyed by most people.
@@JoSan3 this is the truth. i hate that white tough part, so i usually cut cabbage very thin so that every part of it can be mixed with salad dressing to lessen the "grassy" taste of veggies.
