    In this episode, Ririka continue experimenting lot of stuff in the kitchen. She has tried tons of different combination of ingredients to make a perfect dish. Lot of time she spent on a journey of finding a perfect Genkai Meshi just to found out that, the best dish is the fresh-est.

      @@Hell_O7I saw some video explaining something about that. As far as I remember, it mentioned that farms are strictly monitored when it comes to chickens and eggs. They separate eggs if they are for raw consumption and eggs for cooking. Also closely monitor chickens to avoid salmonella infection. But it's still not 100% perfect.

    • @VillaFanDan92
      @VillaFanDan92 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Salmonella in eggs is pretty rare in Japan and Europe. You would have to be insanely unlucky, one in a million sort of odds. The hens have to be vaccinated in order for their eggs to be sold.
      And you're not allowed to wash eggs in chemicals before selling, which damages the membrane of the shell, allowing bacteria to go from the shell to the inside.
      It's why US eggs are illegal to import to Europe.
