This is nothing short of miraculous for me. Calm, sleepy, mouth that is otherwise dry fills with saliva! I am doing this 3 times a day to regulate my nervous system. I can’t thank you enough!! ❤
@ It helps calm me but it hasn’t had long lasting results. It is only one tool in my toolbox. Re-origin lifted me out of severe anxiety. I have added somatics for releasing muscle tension. There’s no quick fix but I am better than I have been in years.
