So thankful for this longer version of the video.. I first found it when I was in the hospital and it was terrific. I will now be sharing this with the ones I love and care about who also desperately need sleep. 😴
Works for insomnia and deeper restful sleep. I do it while in the bed, stretching gently and then laying flat and continue the breathing. It's really helpful to listen to the sound and not having to count. I use it in combination with some Christian meditations here on the platform.

It is okay but I wouldn't do 4-7-8 for an entire hour continuously
